Great service, and very helpful workers. So glad to come to this location, they fixed a bad brake job from another company that I previously went to. All the workers were so kind and the manager was very knowledgeable.

I went to Pep Boys on Jones road to change the battery after 1,5 years because of a 3 year warranty ! The manager agreed after a while and charged me $122 for a battery charge !! Never before in my life I had this bad experience !! Ridicules !!!!!!

Even though the store I originally booked my appointment with called and said they didn't have my tires. They did however find a closer location to my house that had my tires. I was able to get in and out in a couple of hours. The tech Miss Mims at the Jones Road location was a very sweet lady. Very nice and helpful.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am & at 2:15pm they told me they didn’t have the parts and that I’d sat for 3 hours for no reason. Just a heads up because I never leave reviews and had to hit the pep boys on highway 6 to have them do the job in 2 hours. (Brakes & rotors). Don’t waste your time

Went to get my brake pads changed, after $175, I got my car in worst shape, one of the new brake pads broke, had to take it back, they replaced the pad that broke and my car’s brakes are now even worse than before, save yourself the money and time and avoid this place. Definitely do not recommend at all

This is the best Pep Boys centers I’ve been to. Saheed and Aquanetta always give great and personable customer service and make sure I am taken care of every time I visit. The mechanics do a great job too and I am always in and out quickly.

What was supposed to be a quick oil change turned out to be alot more more work. The last oil place stripped my drail plug. They were able to get it out without damaging the oil pan. They were so amazing and caring! 10/10!

This guys we're trying to charge $100 for a oil change to a V6 Toyota Corolla.. this is rip off place. Not even in the dealership charge that much.. if you want to get oil change with faster time just go to Walmart around the corner. They faster more professional great job and wayyyyyyyy cheaper..

I am so happy with the service I received! On top of excellent customer service from Mims and Saheed, my vehicle is driving soooo much better, no more vibration, brakes are spot on! I don’t mind the wait when I know my car is being serviced correctly. Definitely a forever customer, as long as these two are at the front desk!

Set appointment for tire rotation and check alignment. After 2.45 minutes later service manager needs to be sent to customer service school, communication skills, to his service technicians needs improvement, was a Pepboys customer for many years. I do not recommend this store. Will be taking my money to a better place. I highly recommend Discount Tire for better customer service, never again this stores service sucks and service management needs big improvement.

Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment three days in advance to come in on Monday, 8am for a state inspection. I drove all the way there, arrived on time, for the guy at the front desk to tell me that the guy that does state inspections isn’t coming in today. Waste of my time. Waste of my morning. Tells me the place across the street does state inspections but they weren’t even open yet. Thanks for nothing.
