I recently had my alignment done at Pep Boys, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! The staff was incredibly professional and took great care of my issue, specially Robert, explaining everything I needed to know to address an additional problem with my car. I felt so appreciated and respected, which means a lot as a woman handling these issues alone. It’s comforting to know that Pep Boys has honest, trustworthy employees who don’t take advantage of customers but instead provide genuine help. Es la peor de las experiencias de un negocio que se supone de prestigio, ni tecnicos profesionales ni buen servicio, si quieren un pésimo servicio se los recomiendo al menos visite 2 sucursales y tienen la misma política de no hacer bien su trabajo, me dejaron con un trabajo incompleto y ya pagado

Every time I go to this location it's been a great experience. Allen is the manager that location and is very mindful and helpful when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. I appreciate their help there it will continue to be a patron.

I had some concerns about my brake pads and came here to check . I appreciate Cody helping me out and showing my brake pads were okay . Even let me under my car to see for myself which I really appreciate as well . More of I need to see it type of girl . And with his help and knowledge I was able to see things were just right !!!

I highly recommend them for their services, They performed a thorough inspection and Allen offered preventive maintenance recommendations. They were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my vehicle.

The lug nuts were way overtightened. When I got home and started replacing them, one of the studs broke off as I was unscrewing it. The torque spec is 89 ft-lbs, but it was clearly way over that—the lug wouldn’t come loose even as it started to move.

The mechanic walked me through everything that needed to be done and the front desk rep Brandon was PHENOMENAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Go to Pep Boys for tires and great deals. The workers there were so helpful and understanding. I want to thank Brandon, Bruce and Cody. They found a big crack in my tire, about to pop and also a screw in my tire 🛞. I love my new tires Kumos.

I want to express a huge thank you to the team at Pep Boys for their outstanding service a couple of days ago. Cody, the very friendly and handsome manager at the time, his smile made the entire process great. It smooth from start to finish, answering all my questions and ensuring I was taken care of. Brandon looked to be helping him out when needed and was very kind. He made me a coffee while I was waiting since silly old me did not know how to use the machine. a big shoutout to Bruce, the guy who installed my new tires and checked my brakes. The shop was clean and well maintained, and the team’s professionalism was showing in every step. Thank you for the amazing service that was done, I appreciate the management for picking out a great team of workers. It seems like this location is one of the few pep boys that still have the selling and customer service spirit still left with them . Will definitely be coming back for future services!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Branded, who was incredibly helpful. If Pep Boys continues to have employees like Branded, who interact with customers in such a sweet and caring manner while solving problems, it will be immensely beneficial for the company. There was another staff member at the same location, possibly a manager, who could really learn from Branded on how to provide excellent customer service. With employees like Branded, I would be a loyal Pep Boys customer for life.

I had a terrible experience at this car workshop. They didn't complete the work properly, and the management was awful. There was only one technician in the bay, and the customer service was just as bad. Cody, who was attending to us, was smoking a vape right in front of the customers. They also didn't add a sticker after the service was done. This place is highly unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I have extended warranty pep boys failed to send the correct information five days to pay my car was fixed the same day I bought it I seven days later still can’t get my car

Was lied to about tires being rotated and didn’t get proper check for spark plugs. I waited over 30 minutes for the false tire rotation that never happened. I also was not offered a free full vehicle inspection. I was actually charged $38 to look at my tires.

Repairs was done great but when it comes to communication, it lacks a lot. An hour and a half work was completed who knows what time. No one contacted me about it. Had to call and show up at the shop to find out my vehicle had already been serviced.
