Roger should not be working here or interacting with the public. He is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. His lack of communication skills is astonishing. This location is consistently disappointing. I've made appointments in the past, only to arrive and find out that no mechanics would be available for two hours. It's infuriating that calls to make appointments seem to go ignored, leading to unnecessary frustrations. You need a much better manager than Roger to turn this place around.

DO NOT pay for any services before you receive them. I made the mistake of allowing the manager Robert G to place an order for me for 4 new tires. The tires were supposed to be in the following week. I was in a auto accident that week and found out my SUV would possibly be totaled. I contacted Robert as soon as I found out and he assured me everything would be okay and he would hold the tires until I found out. The SUV was indeed totaled. It was confirmed two weeks after I spoke to him. This was mid September 2024. Robert has given me the run arounds. Lied about providing me the contact information of his regional manager. Even pretended to call the regional manager (he stepped away when on the phone so I suspected he did not actually call him). It is not January of 2025 and have not be refunded- nor have I received the product or labor I was charged for. I've file a complaint with the BBB and contacted an attorney. I was charged $885.25 for 4 tires and alignment, balance, and labor. No work or product was ever received. I am now disputing via my bank. Do not engage in business with this man. He is very charming and appears to be genuine- do not be fooled. Customer service is a joke and complaints just get routed back to him and no one has ever contacted me to try to assist with this issue. I called multiple times, emailed, and left messages!

Robert (store Manager), has consistently given me kind, respectful, and knowledgeable service. From the first time I brought my old Subaru in for a battery emergency I knew I was in good hands. His Mechanics know their sh*t. He is consistently on top of every issue coming through those doors and willing to offer advice and plan of action. He and his team have consistently left me and my car in better shape than we came in. Ha! Is Pep Boys pricey? Yes, it can be. But, this location is killing it. Making that much more palatable because they not only offer the service but the reliability to know you can count on them to make sure your car is safe for you and everyone else on the road. That is a rarity in a city full of mechanics and repair shops on every block. Robert and his crew deserve all the bonuses and team treats Pep Boys can offer.

Thomas was nice on the phone and in person. He was genuinely helpful when I had an emergency tire issue. Pretty thankful I didn’t get the other lady working at the front desk - she seemed discouraging to help the other guests with their emergencies and she was pretty rude to her colleagues (mechanics). Luckily Mechanic Keene was very positive and trustworthy! All around great experience, thanks Thomas and Keene. It was fast considering it was a Saturday and unexpected! Cost:$220 Issue: nail in tire Sat. 12/4 5p-6:30pm

Worst pepboys, horrible customer service, do not honor online prices, do not honor appointments made online. Walked out in a jiffy. Went to take 5 a few blocks away got my oil change in 10min no wait didn't need to get out the car.

Brought my car in to get tires rebalanced, store manager Robert Gant let me know that I needed new tires (old ones were breaking), found them in another store and fixed my tires up so I could get there safely free of charge. Professional and responsive, highly recommended

I usually get my oil changed at one of those quick places. But after making FIVE attempts over two months, and them failing for various reasons each time, I remembered that Pep Boys does oil changes. I needed an alignment, too, so I was able to get both in one visit. I called a few days before, but the guy said no need for an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Seems like it only took about an hour. The guy even gave me a coupon to use for $20 off. And I appreciate the life time warrantee I bought a year ago on the alignment. I'm done with the quickie places - I'll be going to Pep Boys from now on.

I’ve never walked out of a business so fast in my entire life. Short king Robert had a terrible attitude from the time I walked in the door. I asked for a balance and rotation and immediately prefaced with the fact I don’t know much about cars. He then asked what size my tires were and I told him I had no idea. He sarcastically asked if it was my car. I said ‘excuse me’ to give him a chance to save the interaction. He responded with “Don’t be sensitive, what size are your tires? I’ve never met anyone who didn’t know the size of their tires.” So I couldn’t help myself and I responded, “They’re about as tall as you.” Robert stuttered for a moment then I held out my hand and thanked him. He refused to shake my hand and just stood there like a moron. Discount Tire is right around the corner and are much less expensive.

Very friendly staff. The process took exactly 45 minutes (they gave me a range of 45-60 minutes), although I am not sure why it takes 45 minutes to swap a battery.

Shop does good work but be aware the Pep Boys website does not communicate well with shop systems. Annoying to fill out online info then do it again at the shop.

Went in for a tire rotation and unfortunately, my hubcap was lost on a road test by the staff. I appreciated them going the extra mile to check my tire sensors but what really set their service apart was the fact that Robert ordered a new set of hubcaps for me and had them brought to me at the shop! I’ve never experienced service like this before and I appreciate the willingness of everyone to go above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and all situations were remedied. Will definitely be back!

worst customer service ever. after made an appointment for tuesday at 11.30am, when i got there they tell me that i have to call before and that i have to wait 2 or 3 hours, deciding to change the appointment for wednesday and the same story they were busy and i have to few a few hours again, so decide to tell them i will drop it by saturday then to get the alignment at 9am and it will be done for sure by noon, and when i get back saturday at 12 nothing was done on the car, they didnt event know where was my key that it was at the same spot where i left at his front desk. the only reason i will be back is because i already pay for that alignment, but never again to that Store.

I hadn’t scheduled an oil change, but the treatment I received lacked any courtesy or patience. There was clear impatience with a non-native speaker. I was just looking for information on an oil change, but after waiting 15 minutes without a response, when someone finally spoke to me, it was rude. I don’t recommend this place.

I was treated rudely from the time I drove on the property until I left. I was told that I could not be serviced in a manner that was unprofessional and unkind. If you do t want to do anymore work for the day just say that! Building was completely empty except 1 car. I was told that they can only take 1 car at a time and both people have to work on the one car. I was talked to like an inconvenience because I didn’t schedule an appointment.

Went to have oil change and tire rotation . Front desk service gentleman was very professional getting me checked in and truck serviced in timely fashion . I’ve been bringing both my vehicle and wife’s here for quite some time . This location is a hidden gem and not as busy as the larger stores. I’ve always had great customer service here .
