Made an appt for 12/28 in the early morning, was their first customer 2 guys working very nice helpful guy I believe he was the manager. Got my tires changed I was in and out everything was great! Didn’t take long thought it was gonna take about 2-3hrs but that was the perks of being first customer! Decent waiting area. My time here was good!!! Well done!

This place is a joke do not go here the management or a joke I gave them four tires to put on my car they scratched all four tires and now I have been with my rims and tires that all scratched up they don't care the management don't care I'm going to sue this company

Unbelievable!!!! Amazingly slow Set an appointment at 4pm to install 4 tires mount and balance. Showed up at 345pm . Checked in and waited three hours to do a 15 minute job!!!! Will never ever come here again!!!! Do not recommend.

We bought tires me and my husband and they put them on our company truck and they scratched all our rims do not buy tires from this company we are going to be posting reviews from cousin to other cousin to sisters two brothers to let people know do not go to this company this company does not backup their workmanship

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, but my recent visits have been incredibly disappointing. My last appointment was a nightmare—I waited over three hours, and my car still wasn’t ready. This has now happened twice in a row, and it’s clear that the service has really gone downhill. The staff was not only unprofessional but also rude and unhelpful. At one point, an employee actually stopped mid-conversation with me to answer the phone, explaining that it’s a new corporate policy to prioritize calls, even over in-person customers. This lack of common courtesy is mind-blowing! There’s no communication with customers here; they seem to have no problem wasting your entire day for a simple oil change. I will no longer bring my vehicles to this location, as they clearly have no respect for their customers’ time. Corporate needs to step in, train the staff better, and do better overall.

I had an appointment for a battery replacement. Service was very professional and courteous. My car was ready in about 30 minutes. I’ve always had good customer service at the West Shaw Pep Boys.

I needed to do Uber inspection and i change my front window, but there’s a small crack in it and the old guy in front refused to give me the inspection. He didn’t let me finish talking He told me sorry I can’t. You can barely see the crack. Sometimes its good to have some humanity

I’m not sure WHY customers are met with such dismissive arrogance and rudeness when we’re here to pay to have work done. And this wasn’t even the first time. The owner spoke to my husband and I in a very condescending manner and if he rolled his eyeballs at us any harder they would’ve popped out of his head. Was quoted $350 that another workshop I do frequent (but it’s farther away- run by gentleman called Charlie) managed to get done for $20. The gentleman here was charging us more than the dealership was, it’s almost as if he didn’t want our business, was pushing us out the door and made alarming comments about our ethnicity. After two experiences that have gone the same way, we will not be back and do not recommend this location.

I had an appointment at 12 PM to change one tire on my vehicle, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving on time, I ended up waiting for 3 hours and 40 minutes. When I politely inquired with the receptionist about when my car would be ready, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to talk with me. To make matters worse, after my vehicle was finally ready, the receptionist intentionally delayed completing the paperwork, making me wait an additional 20 minutes. It was clear they prioritized walk-in customers over those who booked online, which is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Terrible experience. Was promised a tire patch within a couple hours since it was a walk in. 8 hours later and my car was not patched. I called 2 hours before closing they said the car was next one to be serviced. When I got there they gave a lousy excuse that they were too busy to do a 10 minute patch. To make things worse they left my car unlocked possibly after searching through my items. DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE SAFETY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SOME DECENCY.

Went to these pep boys because I wasn't please with the one I went to on Blackstone in Fresno, Ca. These guys at the shaw location were fantastic! Great customer service and support. The area is quite busy but worth the trip to this location. 👌

I had an appointment at 6:30 pm on August 5, when I check in at the front, the lady told me that they couldn’t take my car in because they close at 7pm. No one call me to notify me that my appointment was cancelled!!

I got my oil changed by the staff at Pepboys. It was an easy process and even got a huge discount using one of their coupons. The wait time was also minimal.

Bought new tires. 2 tires kept loosing air. Turns out had 2 faulty valve stems. They only fixed one ( after third trip back) didn't even look at other tire. I kept insisting I had an another issue and the brushed me off and walked away. I had to Keep filling tire with air and when back in Fresno, the pepboys here said I had a bad stem, fixed it and it appears fine now. Two other issues about Reno. Customers complained about poop on the floor of the restroom and nobody cared and never cleaned. Also, one of my custom stem covers was taken. Apparently the jerk who walked away from me likes to collect them. Udate.....had to return to pepboys as another tire has a leak. Called on Sunday and it was decided would bring my car in early Tuesday as they would order me a tire Monday night just in case need one. ( memorial day weekend) Fine no biggie. Got there, early. Guy at the counter was rude as could be ( didn't recognize anyone ( got to know others well with so many visits) was told they all quit in the same week. That alone says a lot. Tire wasn't ordered, was " not expected" and was not going to put up with rudeness after already been here 8 times over the tires. Said he was short on staff too, hmm wonder why? Left to go to another tire place instead of waiting there for what could be warrenty work. I will never return. Let me add too that a month ago I went there ( because was opened on sunday) and was quoted $2500 for work. Said I need to get other quotes. First "other" quote I got was $335 for the same work. That's a major difference.

Staff are friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns and address any issues with your vehicle in a timely fashion. I will definitely come back for any services I may need for my vehicle.
