I went here for an emissions test. The gentleman communicated it would be a pretty long wait but would try to squeeze me in as soon as possible. Which he did in half the time he originally told me the wait would be. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going back for other car needs due to this interaction.

Made an appointment for 9:30 today for 9345 Dyer street location in El Paso Texas and I immediately got a call that they couldn’t get to my vehicle at my appointment time and urged me to drop it off versus wait for it. I immediately cancelled my appointment. Huge red flags in my book. Then got an email to reschedule because I couldn’t make my appointment? How sway your rep acted like they didn’t want to work on my vehicle that’s why I cancelled not because I couldn’t make it.

Was able to make an appointment for a time within the hour and once we got there the process was really smooth. We were in and out in about an hour and a half with a set of four new tires. Additionally, they brought to my attention my breaks and rotors needed changing, when I told them I would be changing them myself they were polite and not pushy about using their service. Would recommend and use them again.

If your TPMS are working and you get new tires at Dyer/PEPBOYS, they will not let you know if sensors are going out to make a decision for new install of sensors. They also cannot re-calibrate the sensor to match your DCI.

These guys work fast, they're thorough, and they're honest. Price is about the same as other shops in town, and they also didn't try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. Great service and communication from Abraham up at the front desk. Definitely bring your car here if you want reliable and honest work. I didn't leave wondering if they missed anything and my car feels brand new.

Abraham Torres was extremely helpful. It’s never good news to hear your car has major mechanical issues, but he kept us informed every step of the way and showed us genuine kindness. I highly recommend his service!

My spot in the northeast along dyer street been my spot for the last 10 years! Never a disappointment! Affordable, great work, and the staff are understanding, approachable and know their craft. Haven't failed this old(er) VET yet, lolol!!

This is a review for the location at 1203 E Lohman Ave in Las Cruces. It doesn't show up on google so their review goes here. My 'cracked' serpentine belt was nearly pristine when I removed it myself (3 very minor cracks along the entire length). This is making me question all the other odd repairs there but I can't prove or disprove them. Never going back to any of them!

The manager (Abraham) did an amazing job taking care of me and the car. Best experience I have ever had while car repairs were needed. Mechanics were on top of the situation. Car works like new. Thank you Abraham and PepBoys for taking care of me and my car!

This store is a joke, I took a 1971 280 SL Mercedes for tire repair there was a nail in the tire. The technician evaluated the tire and concluded the tire was repairable. The manager overrode the technician and stated that the tire would not be repaired due to the fact that the rim COULD be scratch during the repair process. Bottom line the manager decline to perform the repair due to possibility of scratching the rim. Don’t waste your time visit a professional shop…
