Excellent service. Everybody is very kind and explain with details all the service. Also, the app is very helpful to know in what step is your car. Thanks The report includes before and after service photos and details of other inspections. This give me confidence that the work was done.

As long as you are there when they open(7:30am) you are out of there fairly quick (1/30hrs) depending what your vehicle needs done if you take it when they have been open at least a few hours changes are you won't get your vehicle back till the end of the day. My truck was ready by 2pm and they didn't call me till 6pm go figure

Since I got my over 60k mile service March 2024 I’ve had problems with my Jeep from viva dodge dealer. In July I brought it in and they had my car for over a month. After that supposedly they fixing the problem had to come back in October because engine light was on once again. They said it was the battery. Fine i replaced it. It is December now and once again engine light on. I finally went to Pepboys to get a second opinion when they told me this dealer has been doing a poorly job. Viva dodge dealer takes 72 plus hours to do a diagnostic and pepboys does it in 30 min. Mind blown. Pepboys was able to take picture of missing bolts loose wires of what the dealer has done to my car. It is nice knowing this technicians are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Always going the extra mile to make sure you vehicle is taken care of. Will definitely continue to bring my car here.

Made an appointment for tires a week in advance, show up at 8am for my tire changes and they said they don’t have them in stock i would have to come back once they ordered. Makes no sense to be able to make an appointment for a product you don’t have available.

Went in for a thermostat replacement. The work was done well and the issue was resolved, but they charged twice what the part was worth. Other than that, I'd recommend Pep Boys.

Worst experience ever. Even 1 star is too high. Dropped my truck off for an issue with the heater. I was told they could fix it in three days. Turned into 2.5 weeks and they were unable to fix it. Dashboard was damaged and does not sit correctly anymore. Manager and mechanic keep making excuses and denying all accountability. Saying that's how it must have been when I dropped it off. No professionalism or pride in their work. Basically, I paid $450 for them to keep my truck 2.5 weeks, not fix anything on it, damaged my dashboatd, and told I must have dropped it off in that condition. Very frustrating!!!

Everyone knows it's hard to find dedicated, and honest auto mechanics everywhere. I went to Pep Boys and found out my air compressor was worthless, and after casa GMC had installed it. My mistake was getting an after market air compressor, but since casa had me wait for 10 days just for a diagnostic check just to tell me my air compressor was shot. Besides the GMC air compressors were not in stock and in back order with an unknown availability date. After installing the new air compressor it failed again after a month. Pep Boys quickly determined the issue and I had them install another air compressor. The Staff Ralph and Juan were really on it and took care of my issue . I can now feel very comfortable in taking my trucks to Pep Boys.!!!

Terrible service, even with an appointment a routine oil change took 3 hours... Told us it would take 1 hours. Then texted it was ready and still wasn't ready for another half hour. Avoid at all costs.
