Great service, they offer discounts on there oil changes and honor them. Total price for full synthetic oil change was $65. Very happy with that price. Took over 3.5 hours and they did not honor my appointment time. Jose is honest and did an transmission builds check and brakes fluid check complementary, both came back good. Jose said I did not need to replace fluids.

I took my car in to see what was wrong with the ac since it had just crapped out on me one day, I took it in they said it was an electrical problem most likely and they would have to charge me 2000 dollars to fix. So I took it to my dad's friends shop in the north east he said I don't even have the motor for the AC in there, it had fallen out and it would be 100 something bucks with him working on it and everything no electrical problem at all. so that motor they wanted for me must have been top of the line or something.

If there was a negative star I would give it. Checked on website to see if there where restrictions on getting an inspection done. Didn't find any. Zoomed over since I work from 7-7 and they close at 8. Got there at 7:10 amd told they only do inspections from 8-5. Then why stay open till 8 and offer inspections but you are not going to provide. Plus attendant was not friendly and had an attitude. Don't get much service there but Pep Boys will never get any of my or families business.

Never use pep boys they will tell you they did the work but do not do a thing! Just make you wait 5 hours

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. When my tire could not be fix, they tired to find me a matching tire but wee're out of stock. Either way....I very good experience.

En el local de aún lado que viene siendo como el plus de tener un taller mecánico aún lado me atendieron súper bien el chavo con ganas de trabajar y amable. Por otro lado en el taller que se dedica a eso, no se tomaron el tiempo de ver que podían hacer para resolver el problema que tenía una solo desponchada era lo que necesitaba y su única respuesta fue que no tenía solución que necesitaba una nueva, qué casualidad que voy a Juárez y sin decirles dos veces me ayudaron y resolvieron No cabe duda las aspiraciones y ganas de trabajar se dan a notar a simple vista.

Hey guys, I took my car to Pep Boys for and oil change. The next day my car starts overheating and leaves me stranded off the freeway. Mind you, in the 3 years that I've had it, it has NEVER OVERHEATED.. I take it to them again and they tell me its a busted heater hose so they change it and charge me $412. The heater hose breaks again and leaves me stranded in Las Cruces. I take it to the Pep Boys in Cruces and they charge me $220 to fix it. It stays "fixed" for about a week or so. I get a job to take an old lady, who just got out of surgery, to her home in Deming NM. On the way over there, my car OVERHEATS AGAIN, this time leaving both of us stranded and my car with a BLOWN HEAD GASKET costing me over $7,000 worth in damages! I spoke to the manager (Luis) and he denies any responsibility for this. This is a crooked business and i would strongly advise to NOT take your vehicle to this place. Hope this helps everyone. I have gone to this location for over 12 years for service. The professionalism has consistently decreased over time. Advisors are rude and extremely unprofessional. It seems as though customers are a bother to them when entering. When work is completed, no verbal summary is provided on what was done, any issues encountered, or what to expect for future appointments. Apparently a printout copy and email are sufficient enough. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere for future service needs.

Not happy. I paid for a tail light bulb replacment and the bulb was still out after I left. I was in the area on business and had a schedule to keep. I didnt have the extra time to go back and go full Karen mode on them. Pretty unfortunate that I paid for a service that I expected to be done, and found out that I was scammed.

This location doesn’t have “good customer service” in their toolbox. If you make an appointment, you can expect your vehicle to not get work until at least two hours past that. They do not care about your appointment time. I worked recommend anyone go to this location.
