I scheduled an alignment at 8am not knowing that the store opens at 9. The website and the store need to update their hours for better communication with their customers. The service was great though, I explained to the man in the front what was wrong with my car and it turns out I didn’t need an alignment I needed my wheels balanced. They’re patient people who are very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience and the prices seem just right. They even changed my air filter for free after realizing I needed it to be changed. Great people and service.

Took my car a week ago for it get a new serpiente belt installed cause my old one was shredded and the personal at the auto shop were nice and kind and fixed my car’s belt and it didn’t take long to get it repair. I’m glad that the pep boy’s is near by and didn’t need to drive far.

We were on a road trip when we had a flat tire. After we put on the spare tire, we went in search for a replacement. Three places did not have the right tire size. Fifty miles later, we tried Pep Boys in El Paso. I told them we were on a trip, and Ernie at the counter became extra helpful. He pointed out the flaws in our other 3 tires. Since their shop didn't have them, he located them at another. Our brakes were making a ringing sound the last few miles. My husband found they were missing a brake pad and were not safe. Ernie volunteered to pick up the tires himself. By the time he returned it was closing time. He and Angel stayed an hour and a half late replacing the tires and brakes. They were cheerful and competent in helping us. We finished our trip to Tucson in a safe, smooth riding, secure vehicle. I am a believer in Pep Boys now. Thank you for the good service when we were vulnerable.

The manager Tury was so helpful. I got here a 45 min before they were going to close and he still took my car in to do my brakes. thank you for being so thoughtful and fixing my brakes. I really needed them. Amazing customer service

The service manager is a very knowledgeable about providing customer care and service my truck had catalytic converter oil pan leak and alignment tires and diagnostic done today job was done on a timely manner and all mechanical issues are up to par drove my truck 28 miles home with no issues felt like new.thanks to Bernie and his crew will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family good job Bernie and crew wish their were more people like them Thank you Bernie and to pep boys shop

Took my car in to replace 5 tire studs and my parking break adjuster which was an easy fix. They tried telling me they needed to replace my rotors, breaks, and break lines which they quoted me $1000 to fix. I picked up my vehicle and took it to a trusted mechanic to find out the parts I needed only cost $60 and it took less than an hour to fix. These guys are ridiculous and are just trying make commission off of you.

Brought in my suv as it had a sensor turn on and had no idea what it could be. Tury, helped me out and was extremely profesional in communicating updates every step of the way. Job was done quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for all car troubles.

Tury the manager was helpful , informed and conscientious. From the moment we called to inquire about pricing, to when we walked in and left our vehicle, he was just as friendly and informed. Service was expedient and delivered within the timeframe promised. Our vehicle require additional service and Tury called to discuss everything before they went forward. We did both the front and back brakes, oil and filter changes and a tire rotation. We always come to the location on America’s and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Tury and team 😊.

Took them 2 hours to replace 3 tires, guys were standing around eating burritos in the work shop, first tire took them 1 hour and 45 minutes, when I told them I had to leave they were able to get the other 2 tires in 15 minutes, they didn't have "enough time" to change out my cabin filter and just handed it to me, I don't know why I keep giving them chances, always have horrible experiences with them. Last one.
