I just wanted to add to my post. I have been a very long time customer with pepboys. I met Justin at the Nashua store and followed him to the Dracut store. The service has always been professional and his staff are more than exceptional. I have brought more car problems to them and they have always managed to determine what was wrong and resolve it in a timely manner. Thank you again to Justin, Brad, and whole team.

I went in to have my terminal ends replaced and asked them to also replace the wheel hub and check why my handbrake wasn’t working properly. I left the car on Sunday morning and called on Wednesday to check on it. They told me they’d only replaced the terminals, and when I asked about the wheel hub, they admitted they had forgotten about it. At that point, I decided to pick up the car. They also mentioned I needed a new rear caliper, but I told them that wasn’t an option because my car is rare, and those parts aren’t available. I even suggested repair kits that can be ordered online, but they said they didn’t have the tools for it. What kind of mechanic shop doesn’t have the right tools? Waiting several days just for terminals is unacceptable, especially when they forgot about the wheel hub entirely. I won’t be coming back here.

I woke up to a flat tire and my breaks were grinding, talk about winning lol . I placed an appointment on line for the next day, and my car was done in a few hours. Price was good, and and it was all pretty seamless considering it was 2 days before Christmas!. I'll go again if a problem arises!

The manager Justin greeted us upon our arrival. Staff appeared overwhelmed at times. Dracut location is always busy. My only complaint was the lack of heat in the waiting area. This seems to be an ongoing issue. It was so cold in the waiting area that my wife and I stood at the service counter. That is the reason for the three star review. Overall, this shop is well run and staff is extremely helpful.
