I had a great experience at Pep Boys thanks to Manager Luis! He provided excellent customer service and made sure I had all the information I needed about my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate his patience and expertise. Highly recommend Pep Boys, especially with Luis there to assist!

I had my car towed to this location on 1/12 after it stopped on me twice. I contacted the business to inform them that I’d be dropping off the vehicle and would like a diagnostic conducted on the vehicle to determine what was wrong. They said they would start first thing the next morning. On 1/13 at 10am I called the business to get an update and they hadn’t begun the diagnostic but were about to start. They called me back in a few hours to say that the issue with my car was my battery. I asked clarifying questions and they assured me that the battery was causing my issues. The communication wasn’t clear or direct. When I asked how much the part was or how much the installation would be the guy kept giving me the total price instead of what I asked for. I just didn’t appreciate the communication. They provided a quote which was out of my price range so I had the car towed somewhere else to get the battery replaced. After getting the battery replaced my car still stopped on me and I had to have the car towed again to another mechanic who determined that the engine needs to be replaced. I am now under the impression that the mechanics at Pep Boys DID NOT conduct a diagnosis but somehow came to the conclusion that the battery was no good. Had the diagnostic been conducted as requested I may not have be stranded on the side of the road for the third time in 24 hours. Please improve your communication when working with customers going forward. I asked the man direct question and would have to clarify 2-3 times before getting the correct answer. Which made me question his knowledge as a mechanic.

I went into this Pep Boys location with damages done by another Retailer to a prefect tire due to other Retailer changed wrong tire went to Pep Boys (Fort Worth Rd in Dallas) explain to Rep Daniel issue and stated tire has warranty gave him information due to I’m from another state he had to do a little research and may have to assign to top store Manager Anthony and agreed to get back with me as soon as possible Daniel did call of course I missed it went back into the location just a little upset however he did inform Mgr Anthony of my issue and with this particular tire being a high performance low profile would have to be ordered and may take up to at least another 24 hrs or so ( me ugh) however not even 24 hrs Mgr Anthony called said we have the tire bring car we will take of it Im saying all of this to say these guys Daniel and Mgr Anthony did an exceptional job of customer service and pure kindness with me and fixing my issue Great! Go check them out!

Came in with tire issues thinking I had a flat, and they did a thorough check and made sure nothing was wrong. It was just low air pressure so they didn’t charge me anything even though they did a lot of work to make sure there weren’t any hidden problems. Definitely earned my trust. I’ll be back!

I was there a month ago when I randomly found a nail on my front tire. The store manager got me in in and out within 40 mins during my lunch break! They did an amazing job!

I don't recommend Pep Boys The service was poorly done, later than promised. The tires they installed were over inflated and I thought it was something more serious when I was driving on the highway after the installation.

I stopped by Pep Boys for a new battery installation and had a fantastic experience. Tony was calm and accommodating, initially saying they were fully booked but quickly checking to fit me in the same day. Within 45 minutes, I had a new battery and a free inspection. I got a text and call when the work was done—it couldn’t have been smoother. Car repairs are usually a hassle, but the team here made it painless. This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be back. 5-star service for sure!

My favorite Pep Boys location. I feel confident, seen, and leave knowing I made the best decision with my car. Tony and his team is fast and amazing. Great environment to wait for your car while it's being worked on. This is only location I'm coming to as long as Tony and his team is here.

My truck wouldn’t start when I picked it up. There was a nail on the battery negative terminal but all that needed to changed was the side bolt to tighten the battery cable on the negative terminal (a $2.00 part). The lower control arms were left loose after being inspected by this facility.

I had an appt at 10:30. Arrived was told the mechanics had just arrived and would get started on my vehicle. Very nice guy however at 11:30 nothing...I went up front to check there was a different person there and my car had not even been taken back! I told him I had an appt an hour ago and he said oh we will get you in then....no thanks. There were 2 mechanics on and they bay was full of cars that I was told had been left there overnight. HORRIBLE communication. I took my business elsewhere.

Incredible experience (which can't be said at all car service shops)! Tony and Victor had great customer service and helped me to understand the issues within my car. Went in for a battery replacement, but my old battery had corroded so horribly that it wasn't as easy as expected. They educated me on the manufacturer-only made part I needed to ask for at my dealership. Great price for the service and they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge at all. They did the opposite and truly took care of me. Will be back if I ever have other issues they can support!

My car suddenly needed a new battery, but Pep Boys was about to close. They kindly took my car and replaced it even though they were pressed for time. I always get good service here. They never oversell something I don't need. I appreciate their honesty and competency.

I just left this place and the guy there was so fast and accommodating. I had a nail in my tire and he literally fixed it within 10 minutes. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend. And they are open on Sundays.
