Earlier this week, brought Car (Acura RDX) in to get brand new tires and have brakes and rotor. Inspected along with an alignment. Had to take the car back the same week on Friday (11/22/24) to get the alignment redone because the steering wheel was off to the right by about 10° instead of being dead center (which was the steering wheel position for straight BEFORE I bought it in). Drove car home later that day only to find that the alignment was still not done correctly. I took a level indicator and placed it on the steering wheel, and when the car would go straight, the bubble was definitely off center AGAIN. Then, I have noticed that when I pressed the brake while coming to a stop, now there is a knocking in the front drivers side wheel. I’m now fully dissatisfied because this is taking up valuable time I can be spending with my family while here for the holidays.

I took my new-to-me used car here for a premium synthetic oil change, with a $20 coupon I found online. I also brought my new license plates and a new license plate frame, in hopes that they could mount the plates, as due to the odd size of the holes, I'd been unable to do so at home. At first, they said "no" to the license plate mounting, because of the difficulty with the holes-- but then the gentleman behind the counter said that if I could buy a particular size of screw next door at the Auto Zone (so convenient!), he would try to mount the plates. Long story short: he affixed the plates to the car for me, and they look great! And he would not even accept payment for that job, though I offered. Very grateful for the generous, helpful service!

I was charged 193.00 only to walk away with one headlight installed. I feel like I was conned. I was charged for what was a GUESS and not a proper diagnosis! Pep boys doesn’t even carry the blinker I need. They knew that before they faked an installation. They knew prior to installing that it wouldn’t work. They played around with bulb, planning to charge me all along, knowing the bulb wouldn’t work. I was swindled out of my hard earned money. This is the location on camp wisdom, near the old red bird mall, with Jerome. Don’t go there!

Ken and Juan worked diligently on my repairs. Even when I ran into additional costs they went above and beyond by navigating all the options and landing some great for me. They really were a wonderful team and communicated the entire process in a timely manner. I truly appreciate them and am more than thankful for their hospitality. They have a customer for life. Was able to get my cars cooling system diagnosed next day for only $39.99 + 4.99 for the dye to check for a leak. The parts and labor on the other hand were high. Recommend looking around for prices, I bought my own parts and choice a mobile mechanic.

I stopped in today due to my tire being flat to the point where it was not repairable. Benjamin and Jose were very kind and thorough when inspecting my tire and showed me the problem right away.I informed them that I had tires that were ordered for tomorrow that I would be changing into and instead of trying to have me buy another one, they helped me in swapping out my tire with the donut I had in the back of my vehicle. I appreciate their help in changing out my tire to get me back home and not pressuring me into getting a tire from them. Their number one concern was my safety and for that I would recommend them for your vehicle maintenance needs! Thank you so much guys! Made it home safely!

The Assistant Manager is absolutely amazing! Kept me clearly informed of what they were doing. While there I overheard an encounter with a customer and he handled it amazingly well! Very professional! This location is now my go to service center for all of my Jeep’s needs!

This is the best PepBoys location!!! I was very close to giving up on my car & getting a new car. I was tired of taking my car to other car shops because EVERY shop gave me different “issues” with my car and every quote (even if it had the same issues listed) was over $3,000!!! The same issues I had at other car shops that cost $3,000… PepBoys was able to get it fix parts & labor include for LESS THAN $600!!!! I appreciated getting updates from the check-in & ready for pick-up process about the issues with my car and the explanations! All the info was thorough and well explained! The customer service very friendly, helpful, understanding and not a single time did they force any additional repairs! They repaired exactly & ONLY what I came in for! I highly recommend taking your car to THIS PepBoys location!
