Service manager Gavin went above and beyond as I brought in my flat tire close to 7pm and got me set up and going again. In a time when to many so called service professionals have a 'we don't ' or "I can't" attitude, Gavin impressed me with his willingness and ability. Thanks! I will be back.

The store manager Gavin on academy in colo springs was very knowledgeable. He did the work asked and when he found other things wrong came in talked to us about the issue. There was no pressure or up saleing. Definitely will be going there with any car issues as long we can deal with Gavin.

We had a screw in the tire after 6pm. They got us in right away and fixed it. Great group of people.

I had to bring a work vehicle here and they were extremely courteous and answered all of my questions. I even brought it back for something unrelated, and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend this location.

I would 10/10 recommend this place! My appointment was at 8am and they immediately began assisting me with awesome customer service. They are also very pleasant employees when answering the phone during busy hours.

Refused to work on my husband’s vehicle when he was stranded over an hour from home. He was willing to pay whatever the price was and your front desk man on 1/16 was an ass hat

Other than lack of heat in building.... It was perfect to have someone who knew what I needed mostly on my tire choice due to him knowing what Germany required. I was also glad he could get me in and out fast on a Sunday.

Gavin was so professional and kind! I went in because I had a screw in my tire. He fixed my tire, but found some issues I didn't know about. He thoroughly explained each issue, which they can fix. I highly recommend this location! Friendly staff that treats customers with respect and the absolute best customer service!

Mr. Gavin is the best. He's trustworthy and works hard to get your vehicle back as fast as possible. Repairs can be costly but he takes the extra time to work with you and get you just what you need to get back on the road safely. Only PepBoys I go to.

Amazing service and diagnosis skills. They found the underlying issues very quickly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to many auto shops and none have been comparable. They were able get me in quickly when I was in a tough spot. Thank you!

Gavin and the rest of them here have complete hearts of gold they were able to get my car repaired when no one else could after I messed up doing the break change and not making sure the lug nuts were tight enough causing me to have issues they absolutely wonderful

They were able to get me in quickly and get my tire repaired immediately. Great customer service over the phone and in person as well. For tire repairs I recommend coming here for any installation or repairs.
