I’ve used the Eastgate Pep Boys in the past for not only my personal vehicle, but also my daughter’s vehicle. I recently needed a replacement tire for my work vehicle. After dropping off the tire, I was told to get the original tire they needed to order that particular style of tire and would probably take a little bit of time. They communicated with me very well and when the tire was delivered and installed, they contacted me for pick up. I have referred this branch to friends and family and have had good feedback.

This is my favorite place to take my car . My buddy Taylor who works at the eastgate location is nothing short of a awesome person and does what he can to make sure he gets your car fixed for a reasonable price

The guy at the front desk was extremely kind! He gave me his full attention and let me know what was going on with my car but wasn't pushy about me doing things immediately that could wait until later. He even made sure to scan a coupon he found to save me some money! I will definitely return to this pep boys because of the amazing work and customer service!

TAYLOR was a very HELPFUL ENTHUSIASTIC PERSON!! He was also very knowledgeable about the tires I purchased from him. After our conversations he talked me into buying 4 tires instead of just 2! My Jaguar drives excitingly like new! What a car and what tires helping its special character shine thru!!!

Very helpful guys, shopped around the best price for parts.timeing wasn't the best, but it was out of there hands.Over all a good experience. Will definitely go back for any other repairs.

Excellent Service and Exceptional People got my tires cheaper than anywhere around and Taylor and Benji took care of me on the Alignment bought 2 sets of tires the same day and had both cars aligned the next day both were quick as s--t !!!!! Thanks Again

I have taking my vehicles to Pep Boys Eastgate for 25 years. I can always count on getting the information l need to make informed decisions about repairs my cars need and those that can wait a bit. That has been and continues to be very helpful. I have often asked for Russell the mechanic to work on the tougher problems l have had with my cars over the years as he always manages to get problem figured out and resolved in short order. Ben was at the front counter during my most recent visit. He was polite, professional, and informative. It was another positive customer experience.

My husband's battery died in the a parking lot across the street from the PepBoys in Eastgate. We tried to jump it with no luck... so I called PepBoys just to see if they had any ideas to get it started so I could get it to their shop. Taylor said he would call me right back... and instead, he pulled up next to us with a battery jumper thing and got our car going! Got it to the shop where Benji helped get us checked in and assured us our car would be taken care of and when we picked it up, the check out was also easy and stress free. No pushing of other services and understood my concerns when we addressed other things about the car. These 2 made my day and this shop is an A+++ in my book! 10/10, would recommend! Live, laugh, love Taylor and Benji!

Came in super rushed to get a screw out of my tire and they did it so fast for me and it was amazing after everyone else told me they couldn’t do it for days. I appreciate them getting me in and working with my schedule. From desk guys were a total gem and I appreciate them working so hard. Will definitely be back for future service work. Best deal in town on tires! Great customer service. Even as busy as they were the wait wasn't bad at all. I got 4 of the same quality tires for half the money the other guys in the area were charging. Update, I had a slow leak in one tire, stopped in and they fixed it right away. Great customer service!

I recently visited the Eastgate Pep Boys for some much-needed brake work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had been putting off getting new brakes for a while, but after hearing a grinding noise, I made an appointment first thing in the morning. Ben at the front desk suggested doing a quick evaluation to make sure it was what I thought – turns out it was just the front pads! Ben gave me an initial quote that was fair, and I was pleasantly surprised at checkout to find the total was $50 less because he applied a coupon for me without me even asking. A special shoutout to Shelby, my brake technician, who did a fantastic job and had me back on the road in no time. This is my third time at this Eastgate location, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Their honesty, speed, and quality of work are truly unmatched. Thanks to Ben, Shelby, and the team for making car repairs such a positive experience!
