Best auto shop in ATL. Associates are honest and kind - consistently going above and beyond with customer service. I always feel safe and that I am getting honest service - which I am always worried about at other places. They will help you or find a solution no matter what. They treat everyone that walks in the door like they are the most important customer, and you feel that! Yay for the Pep Boys team! My favorite!

I visited the Pep Boys in Brookhaven, GA, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Bo. I was struggling to remove a stuck license plate bracket, and he went out of his way to help me out quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate his help and excellent customer service. Thank you, Bo!

Staff was polite. They were short staffed. But seemed to work quickly. Seemed to only be able to work off appointments.. which were .. not timely. Will give another chance another day.

These guys were amazing. Made appointment online. Dropped off car early. Called and updated me with everything. Brought my dog in for pickup and they all played with the dog. Made sure both my coupons worked. Can’t say enough about this location.

Employees were kind to me, but unfortunately the fixing of my vehicle took much longer than anticipated and I wasn’t kept informed as I much as I would have hoped. Again, the people themselves were nice and felt sorry, but the inconvenience I experienced and the overall cost of my car issues was not what was originally communicated to me.

Thank you Beau and Daniel, they are truly reliable people. They recommended me to tow the car to manufacturer and I got repaired the car from the dealership without the cost because of the warrenty. The team was really trying to help me, I really appreciated with that.

Crooks, beware of location. Held my car hostage all day when simply trying to get a new tire. Lies about having tire in stock in an attempt to sell my a lower grade tire. Tried to illegally break off lug nuts with a hammer in order to do so . Shady business with incompetent manager. Stay away if you care about your vehicle.

I had a poor experience at this location getting four new tires installed. I went up to the desk about 20-30 mins after I got there because I couldn’t remember if I told the guy at the desk that my spare tire was on the car, so the crew wouldn’t change my spare. They changed my spare, still, instead of the bad tire, unfortunately. The mechanic said it would just take 10 mins to switch it back out. No harm, no foul. 30 minutes later he comes back asking how to access my spare tire compartment and needed to use my tools. A total of 55 mins added on to the initial 3 hours I was already there. No way I would do my alignment with you if you can’t change the spare without my assistance. Poor customer service and sitting area environment. The water cooler talk was reminiscent of Ryan Reynolds in the movie “Waiting”. Capped off with a sarcastic thank you as I walked out the door trying not to talk to anyone anymore. Normally, I do not write reviews, but how they extort their customers made me want to write one. I had an appointment scheduled at another shop for the day after I got my oil changed at Pep Boys, but was unable to make it due to a family emergency and had to go to Pep Boys for a last-minute oil change any other Shop would've charged me anywhere between 50 and $80 for this But when I called and told them I needed it because a family member had passed away and I had to be on the road today They charge me $130 for that oil change. On top of that, they said that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that would be another $900. After calling two different shops, I got a quote for 450 bucks for the same brakes and rotors that Pep Boys quoted me if you want to pay twice the amount of money as you normally would at any other shop, then go to Pep Boys but if you wanna have honest work done by honest people go almost anywhere else. You take advantage of people at their lowest points and it shows the character of your business and employee.

AVOID! Went in to get a simple tire rotation. 20 minutes later I have the front desk man telling me they won't rotate the tires as they are out of spec, but had handily already made up quotes for new tires (tires are roughly 1 year old). I confirmed once again they wouldn't be performing the simple task of tire rotation, he said they would not. Left went a few miles down the street and the shop had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Ridiculous sales tactics. Just do your job.

I went to Petboys today to see if I bought defective tires from another tire shop. Thankfully I was assisted by Daniel. He was knowledgeable and really helpful. He looked at my tires and educated me on tire tread and gave me solutions. I’m so grateful to have met a caring person as he was. Make sure you stop in and see him. Great job Daniel. I will definitely be back.

These guys can’t balance wheels & tires. I went there for two years. Every single time, I’ve had to return and ask them to please get it right. I’m through with them though. They’re not trained properly. Butler Tire and Gran Turismo (Chamblee) are the experts at setting your car up to ride right.

Blew my tire, googled closest tire shop to me and arrived at Pep boys roughly an hour before closing. Beau and Danny were amazing. They fit me in and replaced my tire. Super thankful. It meant the world to me for them to address my problem so urgently. In and out in under 45minutes. Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you again!
