Scammers. We bought a truck from them. Holes in roof patched with packing tape. Several leaks, old tires, BOLTS MISSING! claims to have new oil change, that was a lIe. Blinker light is completely broken but looks glued in. Alignment was so bad that we had to pay extra for them to take the steering wheel off. They didn't change any fluid at all! The windshield leaked so bad one night while driving, we had to pull over and get all our clothes and blankets because it was leaking so bad going into the vents and dash! I mean, leaking like a water faucet turned on! CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS ! I told my husband not to buy before he inspected. He trusted Penske, don't make the same mistake!

A lady in the office tried turning me away but fortunately the service manager assigned a mechanic and got me taken care and back on the road in less than a half hour.

I bought a level 1 box truck in this location I was 3 months and 8 days waiting for my unit when I go to pick it up and inspect it, it has air leaks in the brakes, a patch on the roof, the driver's door gets air when it goes to a certain speed and water, mon inside the cabin water enters that area due to the patch on the cabin roof, no reflective seals, broken wiper, vibration in the front axle, rear box gets wet and I can't load anything and many other things, I am not happy with this since the supervisor of this penske is supposed to inspect this truck before leaving and that it was in optimal conditions

They have had our truck for 24 hrs and cannot offer a loaner . This company has been doing this for a few years . Unfortunately we bought the truck new. It is definitely a company culture refusing to change. Very dissatisfied and disappointing.

They're sort of kind of fast but all they do is put fuel, Def, and check the fluids. They do not check tire pressure
