Had them replace my front windshield and it always had a leak on the right side, they offer warranty but now they want to replace the windshield again and put another insurance claim. Last time I use this shop for windshield replacement. Horrible service, they’re just after your money. Bad customer service.

This establishment and it's staff have provided me very high level of customer satisfaction overall. The finished product was completed flawlessly, with specific attention paid to even the smallest details. This resulted in a superb final product that made the bumper on my Porsche look like new. The quality of their work is unsurpassed in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, while also charging a fair and honest price. I would recommend 10/10

Car had two minor cosmetic scratches and one minor dent in the license plate area on the rear bumper, was quoted $2400. After two weeks go and pick up the car and the invoice is over $3000, without getting my authorization or even the courtesy of a phone call to explain the additional charges. Great work but customer service is non existent.

Made an appointment & told they were 3 weeks out to get it in, scheduled 11-20. Stopped by 11-15 to confirm still on track. They wouldn’t order parts until paid so i took them a cashiers check. Dropped off the car 11-20. Today I stopped by to check on progress as we have had ZERO correspondence for 10 days & was told they are going to start 11-31, 11 days after i dropped it off. NOBODY can say when it will be done. This should have been a 4 day repair. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM, UNORGANIZED AND CANNOT CORRESPOND. Rate them a MINUS 2.

This is the 2nd time Penske has repaired one of my cars. In 2019 they did a fantastic job on my 911. This time they fixed my 1.5 year old Mercedes. I am very happy with how Michele Bobersky and the team took care of my car. When I dropped my car off and talked to Michele, I knew my car was in good hands. She kept me informed of the progress and got the repair done faster than I thought. I am very pleased with Penske. They are very professional and certainly know what they are doing. Michele handled all the insurance stuff for me. I hope I do not have to come back. But if I ever have another accident, this is the place I would take my car. Thank you Michele. Sincerely. Best coffee hands down. Car looks great. Communication …meh. Might have had more to do with my insurance company. Took forever but hey, supply chain issues seem to be causing delays everywhere. All in all, my car looks amazing!
