I came with my good tires to replace and balance … one guy did it wrong cuz it said outside and inside tire n it backward so I told him need to do it right and he ruined the tire lip while take off and put on … I ask for balance again he said no .. so I drove go work but tire pop out on me at gas station so I was mad replace with my spare then come back to tire shop … I show them n said it was bad tire but it wasn’t cuz the guy who replace it he cut the tire lip … I asked manager for another tire which they did but I missed my work cuz of that problem n I ask for some money back they refused and denied it ……. That man on the picture.. don’t do with him or u be next like me to miss work

CHEATERS!!!! My husband called this wack company and asked for a used tire and they said they only have a new one for $105, so when we pull up he said its $115 and then when we paid with a card, it jumped up to $125!!!! Now how in the world the price go up that much within 1 hour of calling??? They are a lying, conniving company that will take advantage of people in desperate need! No type of customer service offered here, just lies and scams!!! WE WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! CHEATERS!!! SCAMMERS!!!

I came just to get air in my tire & they wouldn’t even assist. No “hello, how can I help you?” when I pulled up. Horrible customer service!!! The air thing didn’t work but a worker complained about how he has to fix it every day. Improvement needed!!!

I had a flat tire I called to price the tire the guy said he only had new tires in the size I needed. I was in need of a tire because I was at work and needed to change it and they were the closest one. I take it there and the guy act like he doesn’t speak English and INSTANTLY says “ONLY NEW” didn’t look at the size of the tire or even check to see if they had a used tire in the size I needed.THEN SAYS it’ll be $115!!! I was like fine when I go to pay for it the guy taking the payment says $125!!! I ask him so it’s a $10 charge to use my card then he says EITH AN ATTIUDE ok give me $115 CASH, I just was like whatever……I DONT RECOMMED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

One of the attendees called me a racist because I spoke My native language; English. He got upset that I didn't speak his tongue. I educated him on my 1st amendment and my freedom of speech. He was outright obnoxious and arrogant, and I may never purchase anything here ever again They are the racist : if you don't speak their language, they like to mark their territory. It's simple if you don't want to learn English; don't do business in Texas; it's that simple.

I had a tire leaking air around the rim (bead) I took it to this establishment for repair the young man separated the tire from it’s edge put some sealant on I was on my way, the next morning the tire was flat, I took it back after work and asked if he could check and make sure he put enough sealant the gentleman was under the influence and got a attitude and said he would charge me full price again and said it was my rim I said put the tire back on that alright I’m not understanding why this upset you I took it next door paid to have it repaired today no leaks. Mind you when I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one there speak and English but they spoke it very well upon my arrival

Been shopping with this place for over 10 years and had the worst experience ever this last time. I have a 7 day warranty on my tire and on day 7 I have a blow out on the tire I got from them. I get there and they tell me there is nothing they can do because the tire is blown out…

This place has very bad customer service! The salesman statement that they dont have any new tires only used. So, i had to purchase what they had. After speaking with the manager, Canlo, they do have new tires. But if I wanted new tires, i would have to pay for the used tire and the new tire! I told him I wanted a new tire, and his employee told me that they don't sell new tires! I would never come back to this place again!

Very helpful, patched a trailer tire and got a new one for a reasonable price at 11pm at night on a Sunday. Thanks to them our load got to its destination the following morning.

We came on Labor Day for flat tire replacement and they were open! Same as usual even on a holiday! Great super fast service with a smile! Tire in excellent condition for a good price !

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Avoid Pedro's Tire Shop at all costs. My experience here ranks as one of the absolute worst I've ever had with any business. The older guy working there is unbelievably grumpy and unprofessional. All I did was ask him a perfectly reasonable question, and he completely lost it. He cursed me out for no reason, unleashing an angry tirade that left me shocked and disgusted. As someone who drives a tow truck and frequently visits tire shops, I can confidently say this is the most appalling service I've encountered. This place is a nightmare. The staff is rude, unhinged, and downright abusive. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. In fact, I'm seriously considering legal action for the verbal abuse I endured. Pedro's Tire Shop is a disgrace, and I will never set foot there again, not even if my life depended on it.
