Highly recommend Peak Auto Service. The awesome technicians fixed my wife’s vehicle after an incident made it not drivable. They did a great job for a reasonable price and I couldn’t believe how quick they got it done for us. Will be recommending them to everyone

I am over the moon about my rebuilt Dodge Dakota! I was nervous about my decision to invest the money in my '04 vehicle rather than make a new purchase, but Jacob took the time to educate me about my options which helped tremendously. Now my beloved vehicle is running like new and she has been upgraded to use Bluetooth as well. I am so happy! Five stars isn't enough to express my gratitude. It's hard to find this level of service these days. Thank you!!

Absolutely incredible team of technicians! Needed an engine replacement for my car and Jacob was able to find a used, insanely low-mileage replacement, along with a clutch at the last minutes, while everyone was able to get the car back up and running in 2 days' time. Under budget, too! Like what?! Unheard of! I can't say enough about how awesome it is to find a shop run by enthusiasts with transparent, honest, and upfront pricing. Will 100% be back!

These folks are a great help! Went in to get a pre-purchase inspection on a Camaro Convertible I was eyeing; left with knowledge on how to deal with the dealership, specs on my car and some of its accessories, a COMPLETE rundown and checklist of the car's condition, some things to watch out for throughout the vehicle's lifespan, and more. Honest people, great pricing! Update, 1 Year Later: Their PPI is still accurate; they warned me to the tee of what I should expect, and 20k miles added to the car later, they were right. Highly recommend!

Fantastic work! Very friendly staff. I went in for an overheating issue at 8 am. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 11:30 the same day! Very affordable too. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Peak Auto Service! They have excellent customer service and were extremely attentive to my car situation when my last car broke down. The service was quick, efficient, and well explained through regular updates. The shop is locally owned and has a warm sitting area for waiting when needed. If you’re near Old Colorado City, pay them a visit next time you are in need of auto repairs or maintenance.

The word that comes to mind when I think of peak auto is "Genuine". I dealt with Jacob and from the first conversation to the last he was patient, he worked with me on finances , he was kind and an all around gentleman. These guys are great. Really fair prices and they’ll work with you the best they can to stay within a budget if possible. I’ve had my car worked on there for the past 18 months or so and it all started with me running over a parking block…and then trying to reverse off of it (PSA - don’t do that!!!). I broke both my radiators trying to do that. Yes. Two radiators (I drive a diesel VW golf). Peak Auto worked with me as they knew I wasn’t made of money but the simple fact is a repair like that is costly…but they made my experience, and every experience since then, positive and as breezy and possible. I’m extremely satisfied and proud to call Peak Auto my #1 mechanic!

Took in our old Pilot for an oil change and alignment. Very reasonable prices. They called to tell me the front rotors were in bad shape and quoted me a good price. It was fast and they were friendly and honest.

After years and years of trying to find my go-to mechanic shop, Peak Auto is it. Mike and Chad are both stand-up guys. I drive an older vehicle and when I express to them that I don't want to go buy another vehicle, they listen! 🙌 I'm rather old-fashioned and my mindset is, why would I get a new vehicle when this one still gets me from A to B?? So naturally, I love it when I can ask a trusted mechanic if it's worth fixing "X" on my car, and get an honest answer. Both Chad and Mike have given me some great advice and (hopefully) helped keep my vehicle running for years to come. Update: 8/2024, New car (for me,) new ownership (for them,)...still fantastic! The transition from Mike to Jacob was seamless. Peak Auto still is, and will remain, our preferred shop.

EDIT 9/24: Guess they don’t do alignments anymore. Called to schedule one again and was told to go to Big O on Fillmore. 4/24: Got me in real fast for an alignment adjustment prior to a road trip. Super convenient!

I travel a lot did you work all along the Front Range from north of Denver Metro all the way down to Pueblo and even to the east. Of course I have to maintain my car. Well I've been having a tire go low on me so I pulled in here to hopefully get air. I was concerned but this place was great. They quickly put air and when I offered to pay for their assistance they would not accept it. They even help me push the car out of the way cuz I had trouble with a battery connection luckily was simple to resolve. They did not try to upsell me or insist on anything they were great guys very respectful and very professional. So when I need a tire this is a great place to get one. They're great guys Spanish-speaking and English don't hesitate to stop in

The Peak Auto team is all around great. I like asking questions and getting to see the issues myself and the team is always friendly and happy to explain things in everyday terms. You can expect honesty and reliable work. There is a premium for this experience but you certainly get what you pay for. Customer for years and likely years to come.

We were visiting from out of town and trying to drive to the top of Pike's Peak when the check engine light started flashing and the engine seemed to be misfiring. We searched frantically for a nearby mechanic who would be able to look at it quickly. Fortunately, we found Peak Auto Service. They were able to start investigating the issue almost immediately, and after a few hours we were back on the road. The car made the 1000+ mile trip home and is running well! The service and treatment we received from Peak Auto Service was top notch, and we highly recommend them. Thank you!

Can't say enough about how grateful I am for Peak Auto. They made sure last-minute repairs could be completed - for safety purposes - in time for a cross country trip this week, really going out of their way and inconveniencing themselves to ensure that I didn't encounter issues on the road. They did excellent work and were very communicative throughout the process, discussing possible options and outcomes. I feel really good about the work they've done and was just especially impressed by how seriously they took my situation. Terrific experience!

What an awesome experience! Jacob worked with me to get my jeep in according to my schedule. His patience and expertise was flawless. The motor went in a head of schedule and I was sent progress pictures along the way. Communication was second to none! A big shout out to Kevin as well, the motor runs like a champ! Wonderful service!!! I can't thank them enough. I felt super unsafe driving my car around. I told them I felt like I was sliding all over the road and it was very loud while driving my car. They told me to take it by the next day and would fit me in as an emergency situation. I got there around 10am, they drove my car, got it into the shop and showed me underneath the car what was wrong. My wheel bearings were really bad that some of my tires were wobbling and would most likely pop off my car. They showed me a leak which wasn't their top priority. I thought it was so cool to actually go under the car with them and have them show me what was going on. They did ask me how much I could spend today just so they can get everything done or what they could push off. They worked with me, and even gave me a discount for paying in cash. They were done in about two hours. I was thinking they might have to keep it through to next week. I drove it and it's so smooth now, I feel safe again and I don't feel like I'm sliding on ice or feel like I'm in a jet. Thank you so much Jacob, Kevin and the rest of the team! Can't forget the shop dog Kobayashi Maru, what a sweet heart. I will keep coming back and recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys!

I just want to update my review to mention how much we appreciate them. Our 2008 car needed an oil change and winterization plus a diagnostic scan. I was already aware it needed a lot of work and they didn't sugar coat anything which I very much appreciated. We decided to salvage the vehicle and Mike offered us more than we would get taking it in ourselves He is truly a remarkable young man. His honesty, kindness, generosity and excellent work have earned him our loyalty and recommendation. Thank you Mike and Peak Auto Service!!! This place is extremely busy but fit us in to replace a signal light. Chad is a wonderful young man and although he was not able to service our vehicle at that time he felt it was important to replace the light since it is a safety concern. We scheduled the servicing for another day. We highly recommend them

Super friendly, extremely helpful, and insanely fast. I know nothing, but feared my clutch replacement would take forever. But nope—just one day! The whole crew was very professional, kind, and thorough. I’ll absolutely be going back in the future when I have other car issues.
