They charge too much. To replace cabin air filter and engine air filter $151.95. The cost for the filters is around $50.00.so, for 5 minutes job they charge $100.00.??? .And other repairs they did are very high priced. I will never be back and never recommended any buddy.

The service that they do is above and beyond for their customers. The new system that they just implemented is awesome, they can send text, pictures and all kinds of great stuff. The staff is great and friendly and very informative with what they do.

Excellent service, I’ve gone in several times and the mechanics are personable, the owner (Miguel) is present and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. I went in thinking my brakes needed to be done and he was honest enough to tell me they didn’t need to be done and there were cheaper and more appropriate fixes for that time. I will definitely continue to bring my car there!

Pburg Auto Repair has a welcoming receptionist and atmosphere. I waited on my car service and it was very comfy. The employees seem happy to work there. Plus the price for the service done was very reasonable. They definitely have me as a returning customer.

We needed brakes and just moved to the area. We weren't sure where to go and checked a few places online. The reviews were pretty good, but I have to say they don't do this place justice! The prices were fair, we weren't pressured to get things we didn't need, and the whole process was super efficient. I received a text when they checked my car in, started the inspection, a full report when the inspection was done and a detailed message any time something was completed. They provided amazing professional service and I highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

Great customer service!!! I was on a budget and the owner worked with me to replace my alternator. He gave me a time frame and completed the job in that time frame. I’m new to the area and I believe I have found my permanent mechanic. That you Pburg Auto team you guys are the best!!!

My brakes just started grinding and my rotors were new this company told I couldn't just replace my pads, everything had to be replaced because he heard grinding when I drove up, without even looking at my rotors then refused to change just my pads, I'm no slouch to mechanical issues with cars as I've rebuilt a few but that's ridiculous it's not even nj lae, this was just a guy trying to get more money.

I wouldn’t bring my vehicle here..brought my car in early last week and it wasn’t even looked at till friday of last week, then i had them do a diagnostic on the car( was told i was gonna be sent the pictures or videos and never did,blamed it on the computer system acting up) the owner called me later that day about my options and quoted me possibly 3500-6000 for a engine replacement but then heard nothing till i showed up in person and then was fed entirely different information then what he told me on our phone call..Then there was again no communication till i showed up in person again and was told it would be over 6000 for them to replace my engine and when i asked how that could be they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Save yourself the trouble and headache.

PBURG IS MORE THAN JUST AN AUTO PLACE. THEY ARE YOUR FAMILY YOU WANT TO BOAST ABOUT. I took in my vehicle three days ago to get it checked. The owner, Miguel, was very thoughtful, honest, and transparent with what was wrong with my SUV. The rear suspension sub frame needed to be replaced. And as expensive as I thought it would be, this man showed me where he bought my parts, from whom and how much it cost. I was really impressed. His team of machinics and him took pictures of my axle, which showed where the damage was. I was also having issues with my rear tires on the inside, being smoothing out to later potentially exposing wires. They did an amazing job. I just drove out of there, happy to have my vehicle fixed. He also has two amazing reps at the desk. Ms. Linda and Ms. Alexandria. They make everyone feel so welcoming, and I saw how highly their customers value their services. 20 stars to Miguel and his PBurg costomer care. Thank you. I took my 2014 Cadillac in last Thursday at noon for a diagnostic because it was shaking and making a noise in the engine when I started it up. The noise would disappear after about a minute. They told me I needed to leave the vehicle so they could conduct a more thorough inspection. I called the next day, Friday, to check if they had found any issues, and they said the technician was still checking it. When I stopped by the shop unexpectedly, my vehicle was parked outside, indicating they hadn’t started working on it yet. After I mentioned that I would wait, they quickly hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and charged me $150 just for that—something I could have done for free at AutoZone. They told me that some codes had come up and advised me to leave the vehicle until Monday for further inspection. This morning, they called and informed me that to investigate the issue further, they needed to remove the engine cover, which would take about two and a half hours, at $150 per hour. I told them I would pick up my vehicle. After looking up the codes myself using ChatGPT, I purchased the sensors the codes indicated, something I could have done for free at AutoZone, and now my vehicle runs like new.
