I drove over and asked how much it would be to replace my front two tires and replace them. I can bring in my own tires. The guy told me $55 for both front tires. I drove back a few days later with the tires and a different guy wants $60 a tire. Absolute garbage scam artists. Avoid dishonest people & business.

Great Tire place always taking their time and making sure i get quality tires, shoutout to the night worker i think his name was adonis always great customer service and fast work, has become the only tire shop i go to!

These guys have no idea what they are doing. Brought a pristine wheel to get mounted and balanced and left with 4 gouges in the wheel. When I pointed it out everyone played dumb. Don’t waste your time here

Went to fix a flat. Found out my rim was bent. The guy said he doesn't sell one rim he only sells them in sets of 4. At a huge tire shop it's a stretch but ok. I asked if I can buy the rims but put my 3 good tires on and I'll buy a new one. He said they only sells 4 rims with 4 "new" tires. (At a used tire shop 🤔) These guys at this location are swindlers. Please Beware!! Too many shops in the area to settle for the unprofessionals.

I had a slow leak on one of my tires. It was flat in the morning so I filled it with air and found the closest place open on a Sunday morning. I thought the tire would need replacing because it was pretty old anyway. But, I trusted the “experts” at the tire place who said it was fine and they patched it for $20. I was happy thinking that I saved money on a new tire and it was fixed. Next day low tire pressure came on so I took it somewhere else and it went from 32 psi to 22 psi. The new place said that the tire has low tread and it’s best to just replace it. Which I was totally fine with I just wish I was told that in the first place instead of paying $20 and then $140 on a good quality, new tire. The workers at payless were pretty friendly which is why i’m giving 2 stars but unknowledgeable.

I went to get my tire fixed but before I had a tires in a 14 psi, from 35 in less than a day it would go to 14, got it patched somewhere else with a good service, I went to this new place and my tire has days with a 23 psi, got it patched and hours later went back to 23

This place is full of scammers please avoid this tire 🛞 shop .. went to fix my tire they broke my two wheel studs didn’t fix my tire properly and another big mistake done by Stu… d tech he didn’t tighten my wheel nut !!! 4 nut 🔩 fell off I went to them tell them hey those things happened they don’t want to agree with it they blaming me and saying someone took it or fell itself 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I would recommend everyone before you go this place think 100 times

If possible, I go to Payless Tires Shop wherever I need to check the air pressure of my tires. It's a Dominican-owned business and the customer service is what makes me want to support it whenever I need their services.

Thayer behavior no good. You have to care full if you change use tire. If you change use tire wait 30 to 40 minutes and check tire pressure then you can leave. Otherwise you can see there attitude.

They wanted 145$ for a new tire on a 16 inch rim. Absolutely rip off not even pep boys charge that much. 100$ at least at pep boys. I don’t know if it was the guy trying to rip me off but they were young & didn’t seem what they were talking about.
