Paul is really an amazing man. It's hard to find kind and honest businessmen like this in the world these days. And for some reason they are rare in auto repairmen. Paul has gone the extra mile and helped my two adult children out on many occasions and I have no idea how to thank him expect give him this great review!

Paul is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He will tell me when things are not worth fixing and when I can get work done for a lower price somewhere else. The work he has done has been excellent and at a fraction of the cost of a dealership or other mechanic. I highly recommend him.

Paul's is the best auto shop that I have found in 25 years. I travel from Lake Mills to Sussex to have them work on my vehicles. They are fast and honest and they do a great job.

My daughter's car broke down on the road by Paul's Automotive and received the following fantastic service: -Was able to calm her down and reassure her that it will be ok -walked with her to her car on the street to give a quick look -agreed to work on the car even though its a Volkswagon and he doesn't usually work on them -was able to figure out what's wrong quickly -was able to get the part in quickly over a holiday weekend -NOT EXPENSIVE -filled up coolant for free, gave advise on what to expect over the coming years -Very nice, patient, clear communication -Hilarious signs in his office I'd recommend him to anyone.

Awesome service. I would suggest all women to take your vehicle to Paul. He treats the women as if you were his wife or daughter. This is what we look for to make sure we are not being taken advantage of.

I can always trust Paul to give an honest assessment of repairs. When service is needed, his prices are the best around. Paul knows his stuff. Paul gets my family’s repair and maintenance business and I wouldn’t buy a car without having Paul give it a once over.

The service here is fast and honest - everything you could ask for in a mechanic. My car was making a weird noise while braking, and I have very limited knowledge about cars; so, they could have easily taken advantage of that and told me that I needed my brakes replaced or some other expensive service. Turns out, it was just a bolt that fell out which needed to be replaced. They looked at my car within an hour of dropping it off, replaced the bolt, and I was good to go! Highly recommend!!!

Paul is pretty honest about whether its worth it to fix something on my car. Another mechanic told me to fix my sway bar but Paul said it wasnt broken yet, just loud. Advised the car may not be worth repairing when it does indeed break. I appreciate his advice and helping me save money. Plus he does a nice job of fixing my car when there is something wrong.
