Paul's always does great work. I am always 100% satisfied with Paul's. They are very accommodating and thorough. They are friendly and prompt. They check back to make sure everything that was addressed is still copacetic - even if it was a service they provided without charge. Their charges are reasonable. I also appreciate the ride service!

This is a great shop. They've done great work for me, are responsive and respectful, and make recommendations without trying to hard sell additional work. I do most of my maintenance, but they found a hard to diagnose problem and fixed it promptly.

Walked in on Christmas Eve with a flat tire from a nail puncture. They patched it up and I was back on the road in less than hour. Friendly folks, great price, and excellent work!

Paul’s Automotive is my go to shop for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Prior to discovering them I took my car to the dealership. Now I am fully confident in the work performed by the specialists at Paul’s. The mechanics are conscientious and educated about my 2019 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I trust them to handle tune ups, oil changes, and anything more complex.

Really good clear communication and their work met expectations. For me, even though I’ve been bringing my cars to this location since the early 1980s now it’s a little expensive for me.

Took around a half day to fix what I came in for. They created an inspection list with color grading to detail what I need to fix either urgently or in the future.

I had a great experience here at Paul’s. Called and spoke to Jonathon, was able to get in the same day, full inspection of my car and got my rotors/brake pads replaced. Better prices than other Sacramento spots. Thank you Paul’s!

They do a really, I mean really great job. They will bend over backwards to help you. They aren't cheap, but honestly, do you want someone cheap working on your car or truck? Think about it.

Very thorough. Overall pleased with the quality. They are genuine and honest in their assessment of what does and does not require attention. Also, when repairs on my car were unexpectedly delayed (by ~2 business days) they voluntarily offered a 10% discount on labor.

I've been bringing my "old beater" classic 89 Camry wagon to Pauls for smog checks, oil changes, needed repairs and maintenance for years now. They've done repairs and fixes that probably no other shop will attempt. It's my reserve vehicle, they help me keep it roadworthy and safe. Special shoutout to service advisors Tracyln and John. Love these guys!🙂

Paul's Automotive has been making an extra effort to schedule my car for luge and oil so that I can 'wait' for it to be done. This saves me borrowing a car or relying on public transportation. This also keep me getting to work.

The staff at Paul's are honest and reliable. They recommend and provide the right preventative services at the right time. They also inform me of looming services that will be needed down the road so I can financially prepare well in advance. They are friendly, personable, and all-around a great bunch.

Came in early for an appointment for SMOG and Paul's Automotive completed the service and performed a courtesy 14 pt inspection in a timely manner. I walked over to a coffee shop, tackled some emails, and walked right back to pick up my vehicle. I appreciate the text updates and link to view the inspection notes.

I called Paul's for a quote after someone hit the driver side mirror of my parked car. Paul's was kind and helpful from the start and was able to get my car in the next day. The price they quoted me on the phone was the price I paid even when something out of their control happened and I needed to bring the car back in. They gave me all the documentation I needed to move forward with my accident and provided a review of the entire car for no additional cost.

I was really having a difficult problem with my car for the last couple of years. After taking it to several shops and spending a lot of money without success, I was very happy to find the shop who did a thorough diagnosis and fixed it!
