I'm so happy that I took someone else's advice and brought my vehicle to Paul's Auto and Collision Repair for an alignment. This is a family owned business and they treat their customer's like family here. The owner, Daniel who I believe is the grandson of the original owner (Paul) took the time to explain what was happening with the rear suspension of my vehicle causing excessive tire wear and exactly what was needed to be replaced in order to perform a proper alignment. Courtesy, respect and quality service are hard to find these days. If you're in need of any type of repair, I would highly recommend Paul's for your service needs. Thank you Daniel!

My car overheated. Daniel was nice enough to answer the phone after hours so I could confirm where to leave it but it went downhill from there. I informed him that I needed the car by a certain time because I was helping a blind, disabled veteran with transportation to his medical appointments and it wasn’t ready on time, so I was rushed when picking it up to take him to his medical appointment and didn’t immediately notice the check engine light on the dashboard . By the time I got a chance to use a code reader when I was 4 hours away from this repair shop on a preplanned trip, I saw that it was a serious problem that could be unsafe on the long trip back. When I called Daniel(it’s not owned by Paul the guy I got a recommendation for without knowing it wasn’t the same shop he had used), I was shocked and disappointed when he blithely informed me that yes he knew it was throwing that code before he gave it back to me but thought “I already knew about it” so he didn’t bother discussing it with he or fixing it! I have never been to a mechanic who has let me leave their shop knowing I had a potential problem without at least discussing it with me and asking me if I wanted it fixed or not. This is clearly reprehensible negligence. Now I’m stuck in another city waiting for repairs that he should have done and missing work. I left the car with him for 4 days, he had plenty of time Don’t use this shop, they are unreliable and don’t address obvious problems with the owner of the car. He said I could bring it back if I could get it there but couldn’t give me an estimate and the problem would have been more easily fixed if he’d addressed it while he had the car apart for major repairs. So I’m probably facing another major car repair and missing time from work for something that could have been addressed while he already had the car torn apart. He is either incompetent or doesn’t care. Either way I will never trust my safety to this shop again!

My daughter's car broke down in downtown Tampa late in the afternoon. I called nearby shops and Paul's immediately picked up. They stayed open past 5 to meet my daughter with tow truck at the shop. The car was fixed the next day. Daniel communicated excellently during the repair and provided updates during the day. I highly recommend Paul's.

DANIEL has always been very professional at Paul's. When I have needed work done he has walked me through the process and made it all clear. The price is very reasonable on the work I had done. I can say that they do excellent work and in a timely manner. I moved here from Illinois and now have a place I can depend on doing great work.

I called very last minute expecting to make an appointment for another day, they took me in and stayed late past closing time to help address my issue with my shutter. Not only were they fast but they were more affordable than other mechanics I’ve used previous. Highly recommend for anyone seeking honest and reliable work.

I've been coming to Paul's since 2010 for alignments. I've always had a car with after market rims and tires. The tires were low profile so the slightest bump throws it off. The customer service has always been awesome. When I purchased my BMW I was looking for a mechanic that was a carfax reporting shop to handle what I didn't have done at the dealership. Paul's is the place. Affordable, friendly, accurate, competitive, and they do collision, painting, repairs, mount balance and alignments. I love it here

Had a mean swaying problem with my Jeep Wrangler on 28's feels like my Jeep was driving drunk and they took care of it no problem. friendly and took me right in with out waiting.good price too I paid will recommend others to this place friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Quick, friendly and very reasonable pricing. I think I finally found my mechanic in Tampa. Dan and the team welcomed me in and saw to both my cars in a very timely manner. Went there for alignment after getting brand new tires on and steering pulled to right , literally watched him the whole time and just felt like what he was doing was nothing looked like a old fashioned way to do a alignment , was nothing compared to alignment at pep boys , 30 minutes later brought it back and said was all good , nope pulled off steering still pulled same amount nothing changed , 2 weeks later , can see the brand new tires wearing , ended up going to pep boys and doing LIFETIME alignment for $199 . They corrected my issue on 15 minutes .
