Amazing service! I brought my car in to get quite a few rock chips in my hood fixed. The manager and team were extremely helpful and responsive. They gave me an estimate, got the car on the schedule AND took care of my insurance! Amazing! When I brought the car back, drop off was very easy and when they were done with my car, it looked good as new! I will definitely be going back to this repair shop and recommending it to others. I love the small business vibe. Support local small businesses!

Got into a crash a couple of weeks ago and he was the ONLY responsive body shop in the area on a Saturday/Sunday (crashes can happen on the weekend too!). Very affordable prices and efficient work. Incredibly kind and even offered a tow to bring our car to the shop from a couple of blocks away. If you are in need of auto body services in the San Jose area, THIS IS THE BEST SPOT! They did an excellent job on my car, perfectly matching the unique paint color (I was initially skeptical about a roadside body shop being able to replicate it). They also provided me with a loaner car, cleaned and washed my car, and, most importantly, completed the repair quickly (in less than 24 hours) and at a very reasonable cost. Despite being over 30 miles away, it was absolutely worth it.

I brought in my Tesla Model 3 with a broken door shell and window, and AJ was able to source the parts within a day and repair it with excellent craftsmanship and care. The entire team is incredibly skilled, and AJ himself is both professional and very nice person to work with. I highly recommend their services for all vehicles, including Teslas. I brought my 1971 240z to Paul for a complete paint job. Most shops don't take older cars anymore. My car looks amazing while being charged a reasonable price for the amount of work that was put in to it. I would recommend Pauls shop to anyone who is in need of any type bodywork or paint.

The experience for the fixing is great! Found my car having the issue and contacted the shop, the stuff is so helpful. After several photos for checking, I took the car to the shop, the stuff helped for the insurance issues and the process was explained clearly. I got my car fixed in a week and the communication during the whole process is really good. The car looks good, process is efficient, recommend the shop to others needed!

We called AJ last minute to help us with a dent- on a Sunday with an hour's notice. The team was candid, transparent, and collaborative. They shared what they could do and, equally what they couldn't. And then agreed to help us within the hour before hopping on a plane. It was generous and so very appreciated.

Don’t go: scam your insurance, poor fixing, and communication. Took my car there a few months ago and been through back and forth fixing the car. Now my car got hit again so I went to a different body shop. The new body shop found the parts were very very poorly installed with couple of things go wrong under the hood and asked me if I took the car to some other shop before. I can already feel it because they have crazy estimates to my insurance company and they rescheduled the delivery couple of times. Any issue they don’t wanna discuss via phone and they wanna discuss in person to avoid leaving records.

They took my car the same day as my accident and I had it back to me a week later. Not only did they fix the damage but went as far as fixing some unrelated minor damage and grime. Extremely friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend Paul’s and will be returning in the future.
