Great diesel shop with good honest folks. Took my 6.0 in to get a contribution test and they did a full inspection and went through the whole truck and built a quote for other worn out parts without me even having to ask them and they kept the truck over night to run another contribution test off of a cold start bc I was experiencing some cold start issues. Only charged me for the first test they did and the rest they did for free. Definitely will be coming back if I need work done in the future

Go here if you want to get your truck worked on by qualified technicians that won't recommend work you don't need. Prices are reasonable too!

Patterson Custom comes through once again! I was positive my engine was blown. Even they agreed with me, but instead of just selling me an engine. They spent the time to find out what happened. Saving me $15k+!! This why, I paid out of my pocket to have my rig (not your common ride) towed the extra milage to have them look at it. I trust them and for good reason.

The work completed was wonderful. However the asked diagnostic , seemed like they were just recommending every part that could cause the issue not the part that was actually the issue.

They could not find issue. I understand. Wish I could of spoke with mechanic. They are honest at least seem to be. I'm not the greatist with diesels. But, know my way around them. Only issue I had was you can't speak to mechanic and get to know who is actually working on your business vehicle.

Wonderful experience, had my hpfp grenade while on vacation and these guys had it in and out in 4 business days. They also took care of anything else that was suspect or bad while they were there. The truck runs better now than it did when I bought it 7 years ago. Thanks Patterson you guys were top notch.

I have entrusted our equipment repairs to Patterson for at least 10 yrs. They have always taken care of our equipment with personal attention. They have always been honest and always "looked around" the trucks for safety issues without being asked. Now that I retired, Patterson watches over my rv. I don't know of a higher praise than to trust the safety of my family with Patterson.

Had taken my 5500 Dodge to several places, always spend money every time, problem continued. One day with patterson diesel, they found the problem, fixed it super fast and price very fair. I would recommend them to anybody that loves their Diesel trucks. Honest mechanics

I'm generally pleased with the place and would give it five stars, but I've had my truck there twice. The first time, I told the guy who was there to fix everything, including the glow plugs if they needed to be fixed. He didn't fix them, so I thought they were okay. I ended up having to pay a $300 tow to get it towed again three or four days later. They had it for about a week (six or seven days) and fixed the glow plugs, but I don't think they put new gaskets on because I'm leaking oil, and I never did before. I'm trying to get ahold of them because when you replace glow plugs, you're supposed to replace the gaskets as well. I learned that in diesel school. And If they didn't I would really like them to do it for free because I spent 1200 or plus some like that to get it fix I need this for work it's meant for my business no work no money

Towed my truck in because of transmission. They repaired a broken line and did transmission service. They said transmission runs a little ruf (do to being ran with low oil do to the broken hose) but should last for while. When I picked the truck up it never once shifted properly through all the gears. I took it to my mechanic and he immediately new what the problem was. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager or owner for months now but Chris at the front desk or anyone else never calls back. The rest of the repairs they did came out fine.
