I thought my jeep was gunna cost thousands of dollars to fix. I couldn’t locate the oil leak. These guys looked at my jeep for 30 seconds and fixed it as I pulled into the shop for the price of an oil change. Amazing people here!

Patriot Auto Repair did an excellent job from scheduling with Emily at customer service, getting my 2015 Dodge Charger towed there through State Farm to them sending me a repair quote (expensive repair but it was thorough) the same day and finally them repairing my vehicle in two days! I was recommended to them by my father-in-law and would recommend them to anybody looking for an honest and quality automotive repair shop in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Long story short. I bought a Volvo from a dealer with a noise making it sound like a diesel. The salesman at the dealer said this was normal for this model of car, I purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchase. One year later the noise had gotten worse, using the warranty process I looked up repair shops. I choose Patroit Auto becasue they had good reviews so I scheduled an appointment. My experience with Patroit was AMAZING from first contact. The scheduling instructions asked me to call and talk with the staff. I made the first call and that was the hardest part of my visit. Jason the lead tech got us in a week early from what the website had scheduled us. I ended up needing a new engine, supercharger, and turbo unit. ALL of this new engine replacement was handled by the Patroit Team all I received were updates on where the process stood. Emily here is a ROCKSTAR at taking care of customers and customers issues, she handled my warranty process ( I didn't have to do anything). The entire team here at Patroit was AWESOME from start to finish. I would recommend Patriot to anyone at anytime.

Brought in a 2014 F-150 Lariat with over 130K+ miles, and the wear and tear to prove it. I asked a series of questions, rather than just telling them what I thought the problems were, and they quickly assured me that they could be trusted to just take a look around and see what the problems were. I was not only amazed by how they were able to detect, record, document and share - in real-time - the issues they were discovering, and their recommendations for repairs, but how honest and informative they were about their observations. Despite the overwhelming problems, need for repairs and ordered parts required to bring the truck back to life, I was astonished at the final cost: it was far less than I anticipated. They were efficient, timely and absolutely communicative. They utilize a link sent to your phone to provide you access to a personalized vehicle profile, where all information - even photos of the issues their discovering - are posted and updated as they progress along. Great work. Very thorough. New go to shop while we're here. Old shop got me for a starter replacement, Patriot almost immediately saw the problem was a lower radiator clip.

I was recommended to this shop by a family friend after my car broke down at work. I had to get it towed because using jumping cables didn’t work. I just bought this car in June. Long story short, Emily told me that I need a new engine after they “did a compression test” and mentioned that my 3rd cylinder failed. But there’s no way to know if any of my cylinders failed or do a compression test when my engine isn’t cranking (the engine has to at least crank in order to do a compression test). They said my warranty wouldn’t cover it and it would cost $8200 out of pocket on a 2011 Honda CRV. My warranty is now all messed up and another shop is in the process of undoing the mess they made and I’ll be out of a car for over 2 months because of it. I would not recommend this place at all. I hope I prevent someone else from going through this.
