Called for the first time for a quote/availability for brake pad replacement, and the phone was answered accusing me of being a "scammer" who called before. After a brief confused silence, i repeated what i was calling for and they said "oh" and told me to come in to "verify i was real" in order to get a price and timeframe? Awkward. Don't know what i walked into but hope you guys deal with the guy you thought was me. This entire town seems to be on edge.

Best mechanic! Ed was amazing and honest about the issues in my car. He took his time explaining all the issues regarding my vehicle. He also communicated with me the entire process! Ed and Ruby are delightful. A bracket had fallen from underneath my car. Ed zip-tied it in place at no charge. They will have all my car needs from now on. And they have an adorable Boston Terrier named Rico!!

Just dropped my vehicle and the owner is super friendly, great, and honest. Highly recommend. This experience is night and day after the previous mechanic shop had my vehicle for 18 days and didn't touch or move it.. so I picked it up and drove to Pasadena Auto Service. I'm excited to see how they do on my vehicles and will definetly recommend Mr. Ed to my family and friends!

Went in with ac no freon issue, they diagnosed 2 leaky hoses, charged $300 to fix and a few days later the freon leaked out again. They charged another $300 and replaced something behind the bumper. Then a few days after it stopped working again. Took it back, they said the compressor had a leak wanted $700 to fix. How did they not initially see the compressor leak . Who knows what else would have started leaking if I let them fix it. these guys give other mechanics a bad name. Edit you your reply: When I did bring up the warranty to you later down the line. You asked me if I had a receipt and that you don't keep copies. So yea, you probably don't have me in your customer base or receipts because you told me you don't keep receipts and I would need to find mine if I wanted a warranty.

I would like to say that these are mechanics you can trust for reliable and professional work! Eduardo took really good care of me as a customer. He listened thoroughly to my description of the symptoms and explained with great detail what was gonna be needed on my truck making me feel comfortable and confident that i was in good hands. Was having issues with my Honda called them up and The owner Mr. Ed had my car towed to his shop within a day! Explained what was going on and gave me a total on parts and labor, they had my car up and running like new. Highly recommended they’re trustworthy and knowledgeable and don’t just make things up on what’s really going on with your vehicle!

Any time I need help with this car I got to this place! They are honest people and always do good work! They tell you what’s wrong with the car before they do the work. They tell you how much it is gonna be so you don’t get hit with a surprise bill.

I cant give a higher rating. But this the second time working with Ed and the second time he really helped me out with the price of services. Amazing customer service. Ed blessed me with Christmas in August. My jeep was repaired in no time at all. He discount my bill in the most amazing way. And They worked with my extended auto warranty company. Good service ed did wat no mechanic would have done to get my truck up an running the right way everybody else was giving me the run around Ed actually broke my motor down an found internal problems but transmission been running hot sence day one when I got my truck back I got my transmission serviced in 2022 at discount transmission an then when I sent my truck I had no transmission codes an there’s a dent on transmission pan that wasn’t there I just hope my transmission wasn’t swapped out with another long story short paid wat I was supposed to get my truck back an still can’t drive it like I want to

If i could gove 0 stars i would. Took my vehicle in for an AC check. Seems like they skipped diagnostic and charged me the full fee. They claimed everything was fine no leaks. AC stopped working days later. Took it back to see what was going on. They said it had a small leak when first checked a week prior but forgot to mention that to me. Said they thought itd go away? Seems like a lousy way to take my money. Had major attitude when i returned and left my glove compartment completely disassembled. Bald dude has anger issues never going back.

These guys were great. We had to push the truck into the lot and they went straight after it. After only 2 hours they had it fixed. The price was more than fair. We can’t thank these guys enough for keeping us moving.
