I highly recommend Parkway Automotive. I drove my car in, talked with the owner, Joe, who is very polite and listened to me regarding my car’s problem. He took the car in, tested it, called me to let me know what needed to be done along with pricing, and the work was done promptly and the car is running great.

Joe is a nice man. For common auto issues this place will get it done for you. Their prices are reasonable but don’t throw too many things at them all at once…I found they do you solid on the main complaints but tend to ignore or forget the little stuff (ie, keyless entry not working, failing to reset the in-dash reminders/alerts.) They also do not seem to have a lot of ability to repair transmission issues since they told me to have another shop handle that. Hopefully this new/used ac pump they sold me and installed for me works the rest of the summer. $600+ is a lot for an old 2012 Nissan Altima’s AC to function. Joe said it comes with at least a 30 day guarantee but I need at least 3 months to justify it. Fingers crossed it’s just too hot today because at the moment it’s failing to even power on?! It’s day 29! 😬

This is by far the best experience I've ever had getting my cars serviced! I highly recommend Joe and his team. They have been so fair and so quick to help me out and have done excellent work! They are so great I have all of my kids have their cars serviced there as well! Kudos everyone at Parkway Automotive keep up the excellent work!!

Very pleased with my service The owner Joe was extremely professional and went over thing in detail with me and they even glued my key fob back together without me even asking. My car is purring again, I will be back because I have a lot still that needs to be done and on top of it all I felt welcomed and I trust their work . Thank you Joe and your team !!!!

Great place to take my car for repairs or scheduled service. Recently had an oil change and car checked according to the code that came up on my dash. Also had tires rotated and brake fluid flushed and replaced. Joe is always honest and does a fantastic job servicing my car. Highly recommend.

Parkway replaced my brake pads, shoes, and drum. Everything's great and I feel safe driving now! Complete service, including oil change, took only a day. Bob, the service manager, was great! Will definitely use Parkway again for my automotive service.

Based on my personal experience with them, I can highly recommend this repair shop. Joe fit me in quick, kept me informed throughout and they found and fixed my problem by the end of the day. Joe & the rest of the team are fantastic to work with! I recently moved to the area. My first experience here was in getting a new drums and shoes for a broken parking brake. They over communicated with me while the car was in the shop and were upfront about costs. I additionally had to get my car in for a new throttle body before a weekend trip, and in short notice they were able to get the job done. Highly recommend!!
