I have a truck with a lot of aging and when there are issues which becomes big issues and expensive ones Scott and Shane help me to make decisions in going forward to save the truck instead of parking it which will come in time My truck from day one I took it off the lot brand new in 2002 Is like my child No my angel Taking care of me .places I have to go getting me to work Now it's time to take care of my angel and Parker helps me make those decision with compassion and trust

The backup camera in my car quit working. The dealer spent two days investigating the problem and told me I needed a new wiring harness at a cost of $7200. Parker Automotive diagnosed the problem and repaired the faulty wiring in one day at one fifth the dealer estimate. I am a happy camper.

They instantly clocked it as a sc-m, warning that it may also have been stolen. I was ready to pay but they wouldn’t take my money. Edited to censor the word sc-m - don’t want Google to associate that word with this business.

Been going there for years, then they defrauded me, TO MY FACE! I straight up went in as BAIT, and simply accepted what was presented. I looked right at the damage they caused, called attention to it, and Shane STILL billed me for it. You can keep the money, thief! I'm never going back Watch out for yourself with these frauds!!! Hopefully this warning helps someone avoid unnecessary stresses.

Great customer service! Fixed a problem other shops tried to avoid and then misdiagnosed as an out of warranty “problem” costing thousands. Luckily I didn’t believe them, even though I’d gone there for years. I came here and they found it in minutes (and fixed it). I think they fixed it for free.

They were very nice when I called and explained my problem and they told me they could fix it. It’s an electronic problem with a newer Mazda. I finally got an appointment and drove 40 minutes from my home and I just got here and they told me at the front desk that they couldn’t fix it and I would have to go to Mazda. These people are CLUELESS. AVOID!!

I am so thankful to have been recommended to Parker Automotive for my car needs. Immediately when you walk in, you are greeted with respect and kindness. They are very patient and take the time to explain to you in detail about your car's needs and even give you a detailed inspection report (with photos) of things that could be an issue with your car. They never pressure you to do more than the warranted and needed repairs and fix the issue within a timely manner. Everyone is very welcoming and it is a very positive experience coming here. I would recommend Parker Automotive to anyone needing car matience or repairs, and plan to come here with my future car needs.
