James and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient with the repair. They send photos and videos to explain the problem so you know exactly what it is they are trying to work on which makes you feel secure as to the actual work needing to be done. Will return for future service needs.

I recently had my Range Rover checked out at Park Cities Auto Care for a coolant level low issue. James and the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me understand the areas needing repair. The problem was quickly diagnosed and he explained the process in detail. I was so impressed with their professionalism and very much look forward to working with them again in the future.

This place has excellent customer service and fixed my car right away! They were very transparent on the timeline of having my car ready. I got multiple services done that included. Oil change, inspection, and suspension replacement. I am very happy with the work and will definitely come here again.

We were in a tough spot with a car leaking fluid and needed someone to immediately check it out. They let us come right in, assessed the issue, and topped off our fluid all without charge. Super nice people. Would definitely come back for more service.
