Brought my ford f150 in for small vcct sensors change , and had got quated 400$ for my service after agreeing he started the work , and day later he updates me that it’s harder than he imagined and had broke valve cover that I need to replace , now being 200$. Each valve cover and their being two , he said he might brake the other side while removing the other valve cover I said no to buying his 400$ valve covers and that I would buy my aftermarket better racing ones for cheaper , well fast forward I had went with no check engine light and left with a check engine light and broke cam sensor that , another shop later changed in no time and fixed my issue , again I did not go for a repair I went for a tune up and left needing a repair I wouldent take my car here for work if I was paid to

My brother took his truck in to remove some bolts and a sensor, they damaged some parts while removing, he came in with no check engine light but left with one. And they wanted to charge him more to fix what they had done wrong. Took it to another shop and the issue was resolved in no time.

I came to the NC Zoo with my family and ten minutes from the parking lot my car started acting up. I dropped my family off and this was the first shop listed. I’m so glad I came here! The gentleman was very professional, checked and explained everything and was overall very pleasant. 100% recommend!
