I bring my car here for repairs every time. Very fair on pricing also. I hope it stays like this. This review didn’t age well took in my car for repairs money hungry dad wanted to charge me 450.00 dollars for repairs .. I saw pricing on how much the part was it was 40 to 70 dollars at most .. he was charging me 250 dollars for the part.

Went to get my brakes done, they found something that needed replacing but I told them I would do it, the owner got mad argued with me after I told him I'd do the more expensive work myself and they could do only my brakes, they put all old brakes back on and still charged me $30 til I told them I wasn't paying for that. Horrible business when the owner argues with the customer. There was another lady there fixing something and he was trying to make her make other repairs and sell her a car smh. Horrible customer service, expensive and not reliable.

I brought my car in about 10-12 days ago because after a truck hit it in a parking lot, it began vibrating uncontrollably when going around a right curve, at highway speed. I knew that my insurance would fix the issue, but I need my car for work, and had just begun the claim process. The person behind the desk told me that the all the mechanics were at lunch, but it's probably an alignment; they'll check the suspension just in case. I picked my car up after they called me, and was told that it was just an alignment, the suspension check didn't find anything. On my way to the office, on I-10 (merge to 610), the car vibrates around the curve. So, the next day I brought it back to tell them that they had not dealt with the issue. The Mechanic (who I found out today is the son of the owner) told me that he was only told to do an alignment and suspension check. He'll throw it on the lift and take a look... I have to go to Austin for a conference, so I park my car at the collision center that my insurance uses, and get a rental for the week I'm in Austin. The collision center did not begin working on my car until last Thursday, and the first thing they did? Send it to check alignment and suspension. The team lead calls me to go over the works they've planned for this week, and states that they needed align all four tires, but they can't certify the front left, because there is (enter whatever technical term he used) an issue with the lower control arm. I went by there today, just to let them know that it was an issue, and talk about a refund. They asked if I had the receipt first. I do not, I assumed the work was done when I picked the car up. They remembered the work they did anyway... Then the Mechanic and I talk (Son of the Owners), his response is it's one mech's word against another. This is where it's left, and I would be happy to update this, but I'm really disappointed.

This is THE hidden gem of tire and mechanic shops. Super reasonable prices and they offer financing if that's a route you wish to take. They work fast, so if you have other things to do you won't be in the shop all day. I took my SUV there to get new tires, an alignment and my ball joints changed and they finished in under 2 hours...oh did I mention it was on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON?! Overall great service, and I will definitely return next time I need some work done.

These guy's are that one in a hundred rare mechanic shop that'll give you great business that comes with honesty and fast service at a great price...... I have saved so much since I started bringing my Volkswagen here and will continue to save because these guy's have definitely won over my future business for any of my vehicles malfunctions.
