If I can give half a star I would. I spoke to JR about my current situation. Didn't have full cost of repair last week late September it didn't have full cost of repair together. He told me he was going to cover the cost of the diagnostic to let me know what needs to be fixed and what the cost is. Explain to him at that time that I'll be buying parts on Amazon. He agreed first week he blew me off. Didn't show. I called him several times. He said he was busy today. First week in October she said he was going to come by. Did not recall telling me the quote was going to be no charge. He acts like he's a different mechanic. Sent me all kinds of rude text messages and said he was going to reply to this review with them. I said go ahead. I'm calling the state licensing board and the better business bureau. If this is one of his mechanics, hopefully he'll be fired. I don't recommend this place and if he runs his mobile mechanics just like he does his shop, I don't recommend that either. Apparently JR acting like he was another mechanic that was coming out to do the quote. I didn't want to honor the free quote. Laughing out loud. If you look on the website highlighted in bright green, it talks about the free quote

Amazing mechanic, and I HIGHLY recommend them! I called and JR was able to service my car (engine coil replacement) the same day within an hour and a half! Extremely professional and let me know immediately of and issues. My car runs soooo smoothly now! I appreciate it JR and will reach out for any future car repair needs.

Called these guys up to replace my starter after another mobile mechanic told me morning of that they wouldn’t be able to do the job (after confirming with them that they would). These guys gave me a quote and came by just over an hour later and got the job done! They were super great and quick and effective, and normally I’m not one to leave reviews (cliche I know) but they were genuinely really nice, professional, and knowledgeable (since they talked about a few different ways to approach the fix) and had it done in about 2.5 hours. I’d absolutely recommend them to someone else! Solid service, solid guys.

Great service, on time, communication was excellent couldn’t had asked for more on a busy weekend called the day before new years for an emergency service call & had someone out by noon repaired & back on the road Jr knows his work if anyone say otherwise it’s a simple lie if you can’t afford his service don’t bother or lie to make him seem bad

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jr claims he has the best prices yet the price for everything he did always changed. He fixed our car we had it working for two days and then it started having the same problems we called him out to fix. We got a new code stating it was something with the job he just did, he stated it was something else that was wrong. We are now going to go through a new mechanic because after multiple attempts to get him to come out and fix the new problems we get left on read. I think this guy thinks he knows what he’s doing but his business is trash if he was professional he would reply back to texts and calls.

Oil leak on my way to Kings Canyon the Friday before Labor day weekend. Met Juan and Rob. Rob worked on the car over the weekend, and was able to find and fix one of the leaks. The other one was tricky and took a few more days. But he got it fixed. They treated me super nicely, and charged me a very reasonable price for the amount of work put in during the hottest days of the year. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Definitely my go-to shop if I'm ever in a similar situation near Fresno.

Called Juan and received same day service at exceptional price. Very professional and good personality. Had tried several other mobile mechanics to help extricate a broken bolt in engine block. Got nothing but excuses. He got the job done quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Juan for your mechanical needs.

My car started overheating to the max out of nowhere on my drive to work. Called mobile mechanics as I wanted to avoid getting tow truck. No one was able to make it out so last minute but this business made sure to walk me through how to resolve the problem over the phone rather than just hang up on me like others did and even offered to try and stop by at the end of their day if the problem wasn't fixed. He called me later to check in on me. Great customer service.

This mechanic is a crook. Do not use. He had our vehicle for a very long time. Never returned calls every time we wanted to know why he was taking SO long. Lots of issues with our car, that he claimed he fixed. Our vehicle is now exhibiting the same similar problems! charges us a ridiculous price. If you use him you're taking a risk. :(

Wrecked my car in total, towed my car in and a month later still wasn’t fixed. Would call for daily updates and claimed they were working on it but was never ready. Day it was supposedly done wouldn’t turn on. Had to tow my car to another mechanic and they damaged everything electrically related to the car had to pay around to $4,000 in damages. Take your car somewhere else.

Want an honest mechanic? Here is the place, want reasonably price mechanic here is the place, want no rip off here is the place. Being a senior citizen woman I’m a target for mechanics shops to charge me for work that does not need to be done .. with Juan I know I won’t be ripped off and the work will be done quickly as I need my car for work.. He is a good Christian family man that does right by his work I work for a transportation co and all my co workers bus drivers also call him for work to be done on their car/truck and always happy after work is done

Wrecked the parts on my car and refused to pay for repairs or my deductible. Has no mechanic insurance. I lost a lot of money, since my car had to go to another shop to repair the damage he did to my car. Never again. Take your car to a professional place.
