I had been coming to Palmetto Chevolet for years and was the only shop that had ever touched my truck, but all things come to an end. After sitting there for 11 hours in the waiting room, watching my truck go up and down on the lift to service 4 items that would have only taken a real mechanic 3 hours to perform. When returning home to double-check what was done, I found they had stripped my oil filter , coolant was 2 gallons low, and my transmission was leaking fluid because pan bolts were not even tight from service. I spent the next re doing everything they did and still got charged $1082.00. This shop needs a major overhaul in management or better quality control.

Be careful coming here. Check your tire pressure sensors before coming here to make sure they are all still working. I came here a while back to fix a tire pressure sensor that went bad and when I went to pick it up checked the sensors and the one was fixed but all others where put. The guy said it will reset eventually so they all show being good. Never did reset so now I have 3 bad tire sensors. Maybe 2 years later to now I had a oil leak and it got fixed but now the one tire sensor I got fixed is bad, all 4 toast! They rotated all my tires without ymy say so.TPS are supposed to live for 5 to 10 years so it ain't because they died on their own. A family member of mine had their oil changed and rotated their tires their as well and none of their TPS were broke and then getting it back all where broke, so not just me!

This service manager fixed a problem that I've had for a long time...after 3 other ones had no idea....and it was under warranty. Not a recall...but something he recognized as common on my model car! Thank you!
