Do not go to these people. If they so happen to be your last option make sure you stay to watch and ensure the work was actually done. These people here will lie and act like they performed certain work on the vehicle just to get money in their pockets. Just low budget and janky all around if you ask me !!

Great service I went in this morning looking for the owner David but he wasn't there but his mechanic Tony was a figured out what was wrong and I was on my way. They have my loyalty great shop.

Friendly staff. Competitively priced. Came in for an AC service. Technician asked if I wanted to proceed since it was blowing cold air. I was impressed that they asked in order to save me some money. I had visited this place about two and a half years ago for a full AC service. They did a great job then also which is why I came back. This car has a history of needing a service once a year but got three years out of it this last time. Would highly recommend them.

Super awesome I been here twice now for used tired once by force cause I blew a tire and was on a spare the second time by choice cause I know I could get a good tire at a great price thank you guys so much and even David showed me how to check the tread markers on my tire I didn’t even know what that was !! Definitely come here!

Very nice and knowledgeable people at this place. I have been coming here ever since I bought my second car. They helped me replace my alternator and a problem with a gas leak. Also, they even answered other questions that I had about my car and were able to explain it very clearly. Definitely recommend this place 10/10!

Any pacific tire here in Bakersfield is probably thee best place to go for a flat tire or if you just need to get them to remove a nail out of your tire and plug it up. I have went there at least five times on different occasions and every single time I have went, one of the workers will stop what they are doing and will get someone to attend to you immediately.. These guys know how to treat a customer

Experienced a "Death Wobble" on my F350 while visiting Bakersfield. Looked on-line for a good place to take it for evaluation and/or repair. Found Pacific Tire nearby and saw their great reviews so took it in. David explained what he thought was causing the problem and gave me a good price for the repairs. Unfortunately the first fix didn't solve the problem so I took it back just as they were closing (on Saturday). David and Ruben stayed late to provide upgraded parts at no additional cost for the parts or labor and delivered my truck back to me at the RV park where we were staying. Problem is now solved! I would recommend this shop to anyone. If they treat out-of-towners this fairly I'm sure they would do the same for locals. Thanks again David.

We have been bringing our 2 cars to them for almost 3 years now, since we moved here from NY. They are always professional, know what they are doing and don't rip you off. Ruben there is very good at solving problems. Last month I made a big mistake. I had a nail in my tire, and went to Pep Boys on Niles because they are very close to our house. I had them change all 4 tires. My car never had any issues with the tire light. After they changed the tires, my tire light kept flashing. I went back to them 3 more times to have it fixed. They didn't know how to fix it. Wasted my time. I took the car to Ruben at Pacific and he fixed the light issue for free!!! And within 5 minutes!!! I learned my lesson. I'm sticking with these guys. Highly recommend them for the services they provide!!

They charged me 70$ for two used tires and broke one of wheels studs. If I could rate this no stars I would. Never again.
