As a 1st time customer, I was surprised at the timeliness and quality of service together with the friendliness of the staff and information they provided. Pricing was reasonable as well. They certainly are my "go to" shop for future car repairs.

Excellent mechanics. Excellent and timely communication. Great customer service and friendly. Straight forward no bs. I have had them service both VW and Honda. The program they use for reporting diagnostics found has videos to explain for unfamiliar issues. For example, they said my wheel bearing was making noise, and I had no clue what that meant. Video explained what it is was and what could result if no repair was done. They repaired it and now my car makes significantly less noise and is now safe to drive. Will continue to return due to them being reliable and honest. Mechanics are highly knowledgeable in what they do and appear happy to be there.

Awesome service! Called in and told them my what I needed fixed. We set up a time to bring my car in, they were waiting for me as I pulled up. Serviced my car as I watched, boom! in-and-out. Great work! I trust these guys. Will be back everytime I need service on my vehicle. 5 stars!

Have only used once for transmission fluid drain and refill. Car was not running smoothly but after recommended service seems to be running well. Very honest about pointing out a minor scrape caused by their personnel which they are going to pay for body repair.

I Love Pacific Highway Auto Repair. I can't use enough words to describe how important it is for Me to have This Shop in My corner. I'm currently rebuilding My 2nd Land Rover & I honestly couldn't have done it without this Crew as My backup. Keeping My vehicles up & Running is vital to Me with 5 Kids & a 100yr old Grandmother. We had a car break down and was towed to Pacific Auto Repair. They were very helpful, gave a thorough description of the problem that we had (unfortunately a cylinder was broken and the cost to repair this was deemed uneconomical). The repair center was kind and patient while we decided our options and waited over a week for us to arrange a salvage company to take the car. Thank you so much for your help!
