I had an outstanding experience with Pacific Complete Auto Repair! My car’s rear bumper was damaged, later on came off while I was driving on the highway. They handled everything with professionalism and precision. They ordered the OEM bumper directly from the dealership, ensuring it was a perfect match for my car. Not only did they paint the bumper to seamlessly match my car’s color, but they also installed it flawlessly. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the repair. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations—it truly looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I don’t need to leave the car in the shop during the whole process but only a couple of hours when they installed the bumper. I highly recommend Pacific Complete Auto Repair for their top-notch service and attention to detail. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!

I have been a customer for at least 15 years. When I need auto repair or body work I drive 25 miles to their shop. I am always treated as family. They have saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs and the work is always first class. You cannot do better anywhere in the Houston area

El precio una locura cambie el radiador de mi carro por un valor 1466 el precio del radiador solo de 300 y tanto de dólares, el resto del dinero básicamente fue por las horas de trabajo 8 horas de trabajo a 126 dólares por hora me parece abusivo. Un radiador no se demora 8 horas para cambiar

Best in town, fair and honest. I've never had to bring my car back in after a repair. They will give you a ride to and from the shop to get your vehicle fixed. I've been using them for over 10 years. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Good mechanic, honest, and fair priced. I drive a BMW, and was tired of getting charged $3,000+ for service and repairs every time I’d take my car in for an oil change at the dealership. Pacific complete auto repair does a great job on my car at a much more reasonable price. Today they went above and beyond which is why I’m leaving this review. I couldn’t put my car into park, and it alerted me to a transmission problem, I took it in to the mechanic and he said give me 10 minutes to take a look at it, and he found a rock lodged underneath, he fixed my car and let me go free of charge. They are great and I won’t go anywhere else for service.

On my way to work, I experience leaking coolant due to a damage hose. I walked in the office early in the morning and I wasn't acknowledge until 15 minutes later. I understand they were busy with other customer's so I just had a seat and waited patiently. Shop owner told me they would get the hose part from the dealer and the vehicle would be ready by 1pm. I go during my lunch break to find out the vehicle repair has not even started due to the part not being picked-up. I get off work at 5pm, walk over just to make it close to 6pm (closing time). I then pay and drive off and not even make it down the road when my vehicle starts to overheat. I park and wait for Triple A to tow me home because the shop is already closed. Well I didn't get home until 10PM. It was A LONG day, and this shop didn't even fully diagnosed. They're just part exchangers and gave me a vehicle that was not in proper working condition. Now I have a blown engine gasket which is a more serious repair than a leaking coolant hose. I chose this place based on the google reviews, but those are severally overrated !

Sean thank you very much for towing my car to the shop and fixing the problem . The lady even helped me book an Uber for me so I could come pick up my vehicle which is very nice . My car is very good fixed I really appreciated it this shop. Very reasonable prices . Never disappoints

This is such an amazing business filled with amazing people! I drive a BMW, and every other business I would go to would try to charge me ridiculous pricing just to get the slightest things fixed. One day, I decided to come to Pacific Complete Auto Repair, and I am so thankful that I did because they saved me! They fixed my issues quickly and efficiently for a great & affordable price! This is the only car place I trust to be honest and not over-diagnose my car problems or overcharge me. As a girl, IYKYK. The owner and staff are so nice and there’s the convenience of other car shops in the plaza too.

Very good prices not all staff speak english but you can just ask the manager about any thing you need and he will talk to them manager is very helpful and he answered all my questions Sometimes they miss stuff up. But if you want something to get done asap and you are low on budget, I suggest this place.
