I just picked up my car and I’m very happy with the job they did. It looks as if nothing ever happened to it. Like it was never damaged. The customer service I received from Zig was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to everyone.

Can’t speak highly enough about Zig and the team at Pacific Collision Care. They proactively handled coordination with insurance, did an awesome job fixing my car leaving it looking brand new, gave the car back to me sparkling clean, and were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout.

Awesome job on my repair and amazing service! Zig was very considerate helping me pick the right scope and cost for my repair. To work around an upcoming extended vacation, he also went over the top by holding my car an extra week and meeting me to return my car on a week the shop was supposed to be closed - all at no extra charge - which was incredibly kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Pacific Collision Care was excellent. Zig and the whole staff were extremely professional and personable. We were having bodywork done following an accident and when we arrived for the first appointment, Zig had already communicated with our insurance agent. The appointments and completion time aligned with the time projected at the outset. Staff communicated throughout the process. Our car was cleaned and looked great when it was done. We will definitely recommend Pacific Collision Care and would return for any future car mechanic/auto body needs.

I needed to replace the front bumper and right fender of my car. Zig got me in the same day, an estimate within 2 hours (which was reasonable), and a quick turn around. I would recommend their shop to any of my friends. I really appreciate it!

The nicest guys working there. Don’t try to screw you with the highest price just because you’re a woman. Went above and beyond to help me when the typical solution didn’t make sense for a car with my mileage or budget. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Had the BEST experience possible here. Zig is really easy to talk to - they took the time to explain my options without making me feel dumb for asking questions and were upfront about the range of pricing based on various options. My driver's side mirror had been smashed and almost wrenched off my car...they quoted me a price that was half as much as the mechanic I first went to and my car was fixed within four days (they had to order parts). Highly recommend, even considered wrecking my car on purpose so I could go back because it's surprisingly rare to have good car experiences as a female in SF.

I was recommended to this place by the mechanics on 24th street. From the moment I made my appointment I was very impressed with their professionalism, speediness and the end result. I needed a bit of bodywork on my car and Zig was very transparent about timelines and pricing. He delivered the car on schedule and it looked absolutely perfect- it even had a bath! Thanks to all for the great service. I will be coming back as needed.

Zig is the best mechanic I've ever come across. He is super thorough, an incredible communicator (instant pick-up, always available for questions), and was significantly quicker than everyone else I talked to. Some mechanics were quoting 2-3 month wait times. I called Zig and he had me in and out in a little over a week. Honestly, I'm pretty stunned at how smoothly run this shop is. Absolutely top-tier service - definitely recommend going here and speaking to Zig.

Zig is the best. I had an accident with a fallen street sign and took my car to Pacific Collision Care through my insurance. Zig kept me updated through out the whole process and my car looked better than ever after his repair. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

After a motorcycle accident my insurance company had my bike towed to Pacific Collision Care. Turns out they only work on cars and yet they were still super accommodating and nice. They took my bike in and kept it safe, hooked me up with a top notch recommendation for a good bike body shop, and helped me coordinate towing. I'd highly recommend them based on character alone.

First time I brought my car Zig was after I crashed it into a barrier at Sonoma Raceway. He took time out of his busy day to give an efficient yet thorough (and free!) evaluation of the car. He was able to quickly identify damage points that other mechanics weren't and recommend a plan to help me recover the most amount of value. What struck me the most though was how transparent (obvious that he was looking out for me, not for a buck and definitely not for the insurance company) and communicative (gave me phone call updates, quick to pick up the phone himself) he was throughout the entire process. A few months later, I brought in a friend's car that I inadvertently damaged on a road trip. Zig responded very quick and was able to identify damaged parts, order replacements, and do what he does with great efficiency. Again, I can't say enough good things about his openness and communication, from finding a way to get the car in good condition before it needed to be used the upcoming weekend and calling me to see if I was okay with 3rd-party parts to shorten the repair timeline. All said and done, I've frequented a decent number of body shops in the Bay Area, and Zig is heads and shoulders above.

Great body work, competitive pricing for the City and fantastic customer service. Zig and his team take a lot of pride in delivering quality repairs and it shows in the end product. I had to get multiple trim pieces and a few body panels repaired and Zig and his team did a fantastic job with fitment and blending difficult to match paint. I was very impressed. They're incredibly transparent about the work being performed and did a great job communicating timelines. Getting body work done on your car is typically a total headache (regardless of insurance claims or not) but Zig has a phenomenally well run shop and makes the process simple for the customer with competitive prices.

This shop is ... amazing! My partner had a rock damage from a highway. I am 100% positive that with the type of car I brought in, new Mercedes E400, and the nature of the damage, it could have cost 1000s to repair. He found us the absolute most economic way to handle the damage on this lease car so that we wouldn't be responsible for it when we bring it back. This guy has my business as long as I'm driving.
