I knew I shouldn’t have tried to do it myself but thankfully Paul was able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule to replace the battery terminals AND not only that!: He went the extra mile redoing what I had done myself very poorly the day before … and I hadn’t even asked him to do it but he saw that it needed to be redone! Paul and the gang at Pacific auto are the absolute best and what they charge is very very reasonable! THANK YOU PAUL ONE MORE TIME!!!!!

I recently needed a break and lamp inspection on short notice, and Pacific Auto Works exceeded all my expectations. Despite the last-minute request, they were more than willing to accommodate me. I was stuck in traffic just a block away, and they were incredibly understanding and patient about the delay. When it came time to address the brake inspection, we encountered an unexpected issue: my wheels had a lock for which they didn't have the key. Instead of turning me away, they presented several different options to help resolve the problem. Their resourcefulness and dedication to finding a solution were impressive. In the end, they managed to complete both the brake and light inspections without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and their friendly attitude made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service and professionalism. Pacific Auto Works has definitely earned my trust and future business. Highly recommended!

Have used them a couple of times for tire repairs. They are quick, generally no wait times to get an appointment. The car was in and out in less than an hour. Honest pricing. Would highly recommend them.

I brought my Camry in to have the engine oil & filter changed and also have the smog check done for renewing my car's registration. Estimate was about $100. Job got done within about 2 hours as promised, but the mechanics found a small oil leak around the valve cover gasket. My daughter had wanted to use the car for college this fall, so I decided to go ahead and have that fixed too (est was an extra $140 parts & labor - a few extra hours of time). It all got done and everything seems to be working OK. Total bill was about $250. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for any work on their cars.

My car was PNO for 3 years and I needed a smog. Failed the first time cos apparently I needed to drive my car for at least 50 miles after changing the battery to start the OBDII meter. Came back after 62 miles and Paul checked my car instantly and gave me a discount for the 2nd test. Both visit took me less than 30 minutes with no appointment. Highly recommend!

I came in for an oil change. It was nice they were able to quickly accommodate my appointment, especially since it was hard to schedule with other auto bodies first. They also used synthetic oil for my Mercedes which is good too.

Really fast service during my lunch break for a smog check. In and out in 15-20 min. May not be the cheapest but it is STAR certified and fast
