Bought 2 tiresfrom them...one tire kept needing air to be put in a week after and the second tire was dry rotted and the WRONG size. Me not knowing about sizes didn't find out until a month later...WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Absolutely incompetent at their one job. I went there to get my winter wheel and tire setup swapped with my all season tires that were already mounted on another set of wheels. They literally just had to take the old wheels off and put the new already mounted set on. This was in preparation for me driving across the country to the west coast the next day. I make it to Phoenix and notice that one of my lugs are missing. They didn’t even torque the lugs on my wheels correctly. There were several lugs that weren’t even tight. This could’ve gotten me or someone else killed over the 2000 miles I drove before I noticed this. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR OR YOUR FAMILY’S SAFETY!

I bought a used tire from them in 2023, and my tire pressure kept going off after adding air to the tire. Come to find out that used tire had small metal piercings in the tire, creating a leak. Check your tires before buying.

I went to fix a tire that had a slow leak. They informed me and showed my that the tire had several nails and couldn’t be repaired. Said it would be best to keep putting air in it or they could get me another one and come back tomorrow. I agreed to get another one only to come back the next day for him to say he didn’t have it. Waste of time

My tire had a huge nut head screw in it, they fixed my tire for $20 and had me on the road within 15 minutes, all while working on two other customers. They fix your tire while you are sitting in your car.

OZONE was Great. I went to another place on 76, jus to check out the Price of Install of 4 Brand New Tires (I bought.) The Man said it Will be a 2 hr Wait and the Price if Install was Higher. I went Home, I called OZONE, the Man told me a Cheaper Price, and told me to Come On In. I was In & Out Within 20 Minutes. OZONE, is Quick & Efficient. I'd Recommend anyone to go there, OZONE!!

*DO NOT BUY USED TIRES HERE* I stopped here for two used front tires. I didn't find out until I was on the freeway and my steering wheel and front end started to shake really bad at 60 mph. This never happened before I went to this dumpster fire of a tire shop. I later found out that the tires weren't balanced properly nor were they both the same size. Go to Ray Tann at 980 W. Oklahoma Ave. Their tires cost less and you can trust that their tires and service are excellent quality!
