Called on Monday morning, they were able to get someone scheduled for that same day which I really appreciate. The tech text me before he arrived which I also appreciate. Took him about an hour or so, my vehicle 2 door sports car and I looked it over after it was completed. The big thing with me was the engine bay as water spills in. He did a wonderful job and my car looked on point! Thank you!

I booked Oxotic to detail my interior and restore my headlights before listing my vehicle for sale. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and the car looked and smelled brand new by the end of the service. They even had extra time on the clock at the end and cleaned off some surface scuffs on the exterior. I have a new car now and will totally be using them regularly to keep it looking clean. They’re very reasonably priced for the quality of service!

Just terrible customer service. Would not meet our most basic requests. The owner was upset enough to skid off in front of us while we tried to leave the parking lot, requiring us to brake abruptly, as any sane human who sees someone just getting into their car NOT to jet off when they see their customer about to pass. BBB is going to hear about our circumstances and come down on this business!

Car was located in Fowler and needed a wash inside and out. Oxotic was one of the few that responded. Had an issue getting the car out of the garage but Victor was more than helpful and always had a positive attitude no matter how frustrating it was at first lol. Car was covered in dust being it was in the garage for 10+ YEARS! But was like new when Victor was finished. Appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. 5 stars.

My technician showed up to my house for no extra charge and on time. He was knowledgeable and very nice. He cleaned the interior of my car very well. I am very satisfied and I will be using this service in the future.

Ox was a great communicator and got in touch with me right away through yelp. Friendly and timely. They set an appointment for me quickly which was much appreciated. Seats needed to be cleaned due to a sick dog - they sanitized and took care of the smell. Everything looked amazing upon pick up!

Had my first experience with Oxotic earlier today. These guys aren’t just kinda good, they are very very good. Online appointment request, follow up appointment confirmation along with a friendly text reminder. Then the actual work by Victor exceeded all of my expectations. I have now found my long term mobile auto detailing provider here in Fresno. Thank you to the entire staff, including Emily who was nice enough to get me all set up and started. See all of you again very soon.

Menny was the detailer that came out and was very nice. He washed, vacuumed, air dryer, cleaned inside the Jeep, and shined. My Jeep looks fabulous! Highly recommend this service.

I thought Victor did an excellent job on the inside and outside. I didn’t know that they don’t do the head liner I just thought that they would since they shampooed the interior of the car but that was my mistake for not asking ahead of time. Overall they did an okay job also I got the Enhancement interior package which doesn’t include the exterior wash so that added $60 more to the $125 and I added the ceramic wax spray for $20 for a grand total with taxes of $218. Update from yesterdays I got in my car and noticed I had dust on the window seal on the inside of the car and finger smudging on the side panel inside which should have been wiped down along with everything else inside the car. I’m sorry for this post but for the amount of money I paid I expected it to be a more thorough cleaning.

Beware. Very shady business practices. Last week I dropped off my moms car, spoke to the owner Kevin about what we were looking for and our budget. He agreed to the budget of $300. He stated if more time was needed he would call, I let him know we were just trying to get it clean enough to sell. It’s a 10 year old Ford, not looking for perfection. Two days later I send my husband to pick up the car because I’m sick at work. They charged my husband $700!!!!!! More than double the agreed budget with no calls indicating more hours needed to be added to the job. The owner had texted me earlier that day with photos of the car and no indication that the 3 hours of cleaning we scheduled was not enough. What kind of business doubles your work quote without prior authorization?!

Booked an outside and inside hand car wash and leather conditioner with Oxotic, and couldn't be happier with the service! Communication from the company was clear and concise about scheduling. Ozzy arrived perfectly on time, very positive and professional. Showed plenty of care with attention to detail. Zero complaints about the whole process, and my Bronco looks great!

Excellent experience with Josh. He was amazing. I got Inside and Outside wash with spray wax. My car looked new again. For a mom of 3, it was nice for him to come home to wash my car. Will do service again for sure and highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff at Oxotic did an amazing job on my 1979 Cadillac Coupe DeVille! They did a cut and polish and cleaned my engine! Not only does my car look amazing but the communication, kindness, and efficiency of this company exceeded my expectations! You can tell they put care into every car they work on.

These guys do a great job...Ive had others come and go but at least these guys know how to clean and do it without a lot of fuss. Ive had 4 vehicles serviced in the past year on a regular basis and even though a little pricey beats waiting all day at a hand car wash and they're convenient to book. Thanks

They were very prompt and polite even came over an hour early. Scheduling and payment was very easy. I got the interior and exterior cleaned, and although it did say basic wipedown of interior the actual wipedown did leave something to be desired, I could still see dust in so many places and had to do another wipe of my own just to have it not look weird.
