Everyone at Otto Motor Works is fantastic. Always reasonable but great repairs. They are always there to help. I went back today 1/14/25 to have my Rav 4 checked. I had been hearing certain sounds and decided to bring it in to Adam. It turned out I needed right front brakes and a tie rod. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the price was great. When I drove my 2009 Rav 4 after the repair it seemed like a new car. Thanks to the wonderful mechanic at Otto's Auto Repair on Utica Ave in Brooklyn.

Adam is my mechanic and he knows his craft. The best mechanic hands down. His workers also do great work. Adam is honest and gets the job done. I recommend all my family n friends here we have no problem if so then Adam fixes it.

Adam runs the best repair shop I’ve ever visited, hands down. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years for maintenance of my car and I’ve never been disappointed. These guys will fix whatever issue you are having with your car for a reasonable price.

Adam is great. Him and his mechanics are knowledgeable and quick. They make sure the work they do is done correctly. Great pricing as well and doesn't try to up sell you on things you don't need. He'll tell you what needs to be done and you decide what work you want him to do. Be warned because he's so good, it can get crowded fast. There's a waiting area with bathroom upstairs you can use while the work is being done. Sonny and Eric are the two main mechanics who work well together. I've gotten body work (new bumpers and scratches from accident), new brake pads and rotors (both cars) and inspection done and always left satisfied. He's a bit out of the way for me (live in si) but it's worth the distance traveled for the professionalism and honesty.

I am really grateful that I stumbled upon this business a few years ago when I randomly needed a new battery in my car! I've been going there ever since. Adam and his crew are kind, efficient and very straight forward/honest about what is needed in terms of priority repairs. I have never felt pressured here when it comes to expensive repairs, and I have an older car. It really means a lot to feel that level of trust with a mechanic!
