The team at Oscars automotive set the standard for excellence. Not only are they Incredibly skilled at their craft, but they are trustworthy, honest and kind hearted people such a breath of fresh air, especially in our world today to be able to work with such quality people is a blessing . They have done a phenomenal job at taking care of the vehicles in our family, I trust that when they put my kids truck back together, but it’ll be done right and he’s going to be safe on the road and can’t put a price on that. Oscar's was upfront with all of the issues and needed repairs on the vehicle I had just bought. This little Audi is the first German car I've ever had. Plenty of phone and service report updates along the way with pictures and even videos of their troubleshooting process. They even stayed late on the last day of the week to button up and double check a few things so I could still take delivery without needing to wait through the weekend!

I've been using Oscars for the last 20 years servicing my 1986 560SL. The car runs like it's brand new after this last service in spite of the fact it's now 38 years old. I've never been disappointed with their work. Their prices have always been fair and I would recommend them to anyone. Definite 5 star shop.

I brought my wife’s X5 in with multiple issues expecting a death blow estimate. I let them know we were on a tight budget and didn’t know if we could afford to get the car back on the road. John, Brad and the team were amazing. They diagnosed the cause of all the issues quickly and took their time explaining everything and answered all my questions. It is almost impossible to find customer service this good these days and I can’t imagine how much money they saved me vs. the dealership. I can’t thank you guys enough. You earned a customer for life.

I want to thank Brad, Eric and Oscar. They always take care of me and my bad habit of collecting older AMG’s😂. Eric always gives me sound advice on possible purchases I want to make. He guides me in the right direction and gives his honest opinion on vehicles I should shy way from and thus saves me a lot of frustration on my often ignorant whims. I took my C43 AMG in and had them check the transmission fluid level. The fluid was a quart low and they happily filled it up to the correct level. I highly recommend this family run business for all your European car care needs. Thank you again guys for always helping me and my toys!

Oscar's Automotive: Above and Beyond Service! My son's 2019 Audi A3 needed repairs, and I was having trouble finding a shop with availability. I called Oscar's Automotive and spoke with Brad. Even though they were booked, Brad managed to squeeze us in – a lifesaver! Things got complicated when the insurance company initially denied coverage for a repair. Brad didn't give up – he presented alternative solutions that helped keep the cost manageable. There were even further setbacks when the parts supplier network was hacked, delaying repairs. Again, Brad went the extra mile, working with the supplier to get the parts quickly. The insurance company delayed dropping the car off for additional repairs at the collision center. Brad once again took the initiative and asked one of his co-workers to drop the car off for me (Shout out to Diana!). Oscar's Automotive's dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. Brad's willingness to go above and beyond at every turn ensured my son's car was repaired efficiently and affordably. Oscar's will for sure see us again for any future car repair needs!

This place is really incredible. Helped fix my BMW with an electrical problem, then fixed my seat that I messed up the adjuster thing on. Great communication and reasonable price. Really awesome. 12/10 would recommend!

Took great care of the car and replaced well. Great and friendly customer service. Answered any extra questions I have. Only downside was that the parts they needed for the repair came in late and I had given them a weeks notice. But overall great place and good pricing

The most absolute best vehicle service I have ever had!!!!! I had problems with the TCU of my Mercedes and they handled it to the fullest. They kept me updated and in the loop through the entire process. They had pictures of everything they did and were able to take care of the problem completely for a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and very professional, 100/10 recommend.

I have a 2014 Mercedes E350 that the Blind Spot system is not working. It's something that's not easy to determine the malfunction. I know because I'm an US Air Force Retired F-15 Avionics Systems Technician. They systemically and logically troubleshot the entire system - I was able to read the tech's notes. He found a faulty sensing module, broken pin, and heavy corrosion on a connector. I was impressed with their technical abilities. They were friendly from the start and were happy to answer any and all questions. I tip my hat off to Oscar's Automotive!

I’ve been coming to Oscar’s now for awhile. I’ve used several German vehicle mechanics around the valley in the last 15 years and I really appreciate that they take the time to educate me when needed, are thorough, and have yet to have them come up with unexpected issues [which is something I was growing used to from other companies]. The amount of detail on the diagnostic reports that they send out via email / text (in a link to not spam) is amazing, greater detail then even the dealership along with photos of what's going on. I knew most of the info about what was wrong with the car, but their reports and updates filled in the gaps that I was missing into a greater detail. I'm talking about 5-6 paragraphs for one issue, that's how much detail they gave at least for my issue, and it wasn't even a big issue, just a module that needed to be replaced and codded to the car. That just goes to show how much work they put in and the care that goes into it. John was great also, as the service advisor he kept me updated on what was going on along with the progress. Didn't get annoyed with my constant bothering / pestering about minor updates or my theories of what the error code was regarding and confirming a few questions I had regarding the type of battery I had in the car as there is conflicting info about the model year containing either a lithium-ion or agm battery. All in all, it was a great and friendly experience, they let me know what parts/equipment to monitor as preventive maintenance at this time, if it gets worse and if replacing it myself is not an option due to needing a lift, then to give them a ring which I definitely will. It was a much better experience than the Mercedes dealership by far, with the same access that the dealer does for Star-Diag (Xentry for newer cars and DAS for older cars with online support) for SCN coding and module updates. - Lawrence. Brad and his team at Oscar's Automotive are the only European car mechanic in the Valley I'll take my BMW to get serviced. They are honest and do not waste your time or money on unnecessary repairs. These guys are the best!
