Absolutely. The worst tire shop I've ever been to. The guy lied to me and told me that he was gonna put the same size. Tire on my car but he Put one way too small that the rim sticks out. I have a 7 series BMW and the rim sticks out just begging to get scrapped on a curb Then he wants to argue and say it's the same you what do you think

Ortiz tire shop is the best! I had a nail in my tire, the guy was really fast he charged me 15$ and said I had 2 nails! It was worth every cent! I will tell all my friends and family about this shop!

Precios bastate caros solo por intercambiar una llanta que estaba ponchada por la que traigo de refaccion y sin parcharla 30$ dolares enserio si se pasan estos tipos aparte de que no son nada amables .

Extremely dishonest, I called to get a quote on a set of brand new tires. (215/45/R17) the owner told me he had them in stock, then installed (205/50/R17). He won’t take any accountability for it. Don’t let his prices fool you. At the very least, he can tell you what’s up from the beginning.

I just got 4 Brand New Tires, and at a great $$$. I stop here periodically and have my tire pressure checked even though it's a free service, I always tip them for the fast friendly service I received.

I called them at 8:30a.m. they had 2 used tires in my size $100 out the door I showed up 30 mins later and they were finished with in 10mins, Definitely highly recommended!!! Discount tire $80 for 1 used tire and the wait time is so long!!! P.s. Just Realized both tires are Michelin💚💚💚

Arturo Ortiz is the business owner, he will lie and say he has the tire you're searching for, new or used, then when you arrive to his shop will turn around and have his workers install a different tire size. This man promises he can get you what you're looking for but does not deliver just to get your money. Dishonest and bad business. Try another tire shop if you don't want to waste your time and money.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THESE LOW LIFES WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE. Asked the 2 different people of the tire was the correct size bc it did not look right. They were like oh ya oh ya. Of course i was right and it was not. So now i have 1 tire a different size then the other 3 which is obviously not good for your vehicle. Called like 15 place for this tire and had another place that actually had the right size and would have went there. On top of that they didnt even give me a reciept either. SUPER SHADY NOT TRUST WORTHY AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE! PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD PLACES THAT ARE ACTUAL HONEST AND GOOD!

Drove in needed 2 front tires on my lincoln mks go awesome deal. I ask where to get my splash guard under my car repair the guy jacked my car up and repaired it in less than 5mins. I always recommend them. Thank u for all your help.

The owner Arturo has no accountability. Two months ago I ordered tires and supposedly he’d have them no later than two weeks. Here we are months later and won’t refund because it’s not his fault the tires got back ordered. Then he ordered new ones from a different brand and he’d have them installed the weekend after. Sets up at appointment for me and he’s not even here. Lowkey I just want to see how low can he set up the bar at this point. The warning is there. Up to you if you want to risk it.
