Brought my Lincoln Nautilis in for an engine light. did a diagnostic and easy fix. they repaired it, charged me half the price of the diagnostic test and I was out the door. installed my driver side mirror that I had brought in and did that for less than the estimate. they’re very fair, they do a great job and they have excellent service. You can’t go wrong. FG

I’ve had the pleasure of using Paul and his staff several times for service on a Corvette C8 Stingray and a Corvette C8 Z06. My experiences with his business has been stellar from the customer service to the actual work performed. Just picked up my Fiat from its first service from Ortega Car Care. I am blown away by the professionalism and care shown by Bryon and his team. Service was fast, efficient and priced fairly. The reviews definitely speak for themselves but I am so glad I found this local shop. I look forward to bringing my car here for maintenance for years to come! So had my 82 corvette in Pau'ls shop for an oil leak. The valve cover gaskets were replaced. Picked up my car on Thanksgiving 2023. Parked it in my garage and did not drive since I picked it up. On December 23, 2023 I was going to give the vette a wash and backed it out of my garage to discover oil leak and small transmission drip. Texted Paul immediately and he texted back the same day. Paul ended up having the vette towed to his shop and fixed the oil pressue sending unit and replacing a small seal in the transmission. Went to pick it up on 12/29/23 and no charge for the tow, oil pressure unit and seal replacement. Totally awesome work and appreciative of Paul's word which is good as gold . . . Thanks Paul and Ortega Car Care!!!!! Update, 8/3/24 still having oil leak and now the transmission is leaking, it is noticeable when the trans shifts from 1st to 2nd gear with a clunking type motion and sound . . . Also when they replaced the front passenger arm bracket they didn't even tighten the lug nuts on the front passenger tire, one of the lug nuts was loose to the touch . . . also they worked on the electric door locks now the driverside lock is falling out I had to put some gorilla packing tape over it to keep it from falling out. The mechanics there are not thorough . . . I do not trust the place and will never take it back there again . . . Sorry Paul but not satisfied with the work you did . . . Update 11/23/24 - took my Corvette to another garage about the ongoing leaks. The garage advised me the valve covers and the transmission fluid pan were not tightend down enough. The issues were resolved by the other garage . . . Ortega has inexperienced mechanics

I was very pleased with my service they were very honest even though they couldn't fix my car they were very knowledgeable and told me what they thought I needed to do Paul was a very nice man I enjoyed having a chat with him I will definitely use them again if I have any needs for them, I would trust them and not feel I was being ripped off financially and fixing something that did not have to be fixed honest mechanics are hard to find but I feel this place is a good honest working establishment
