A few years ago I took my Acura in for service. Acura quoted me 5k to replace misc items. Orient took the car, tested it and said nothing was wrong. 4 years later Acura has accounted a recall on the software for start/stop. Glad I took it in for a second opinion or I would have been out 5k and the problem would not have been resolved.

David was very helpful in getting the starter on my 2018 Nissan Armada fixed in a timely manner without costing me thousands of dollars like Nissan wanted to charge me. Driving through town in a vehicle I just purchased. Stopped by to have some work done. They were busy and did not have time to get me in for the day but told me exactly what needed to be fixed and temporarily fixed an issue we were having on the spot so that we could get to our destination from there. All this to say, very honest and caring shop. Thank you guys.

The customer service and honesty of this shop and David is beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend that you use this shop for any Honda or Toyota vehicle. They replaced the power lock actuator in my door and David was honest about the price and didn't try to up charge me or take advantage. After finding an issue with the fix, David drove to our house to check out the car himself and drove it back to the shop to fix their mistake asap. He took care of us and went above and beyond afterwards to make sure the locks were working properly and we were happy. This is a family run shop who will take care of your car at a reasonable price. I am referring all my friends and coworkers here. Thank you for taking care of us David and Ryan! We appreciate it.

David, Russell, Jeanine and the team here are Grade A #1 professionals! -> They have consistently provided superior customer service to my 4 family members in detailed diagnostic assessments, honest communication, excellent quality repairs, work event follow-ups and very fair pricing over the past 2 years. Wish I had known them 20 years ago! -> I have had 3 personal vehicles worked on there for preventative maintenance, 1 emergency repair to A/C from 105 degree heat strain, and 3 friends who go there for the same great care!!
