I showed up unannounced, no meeting or appointment scheduled on the morning of 12/23. They were friendly, welcomed me in, offered to scan my check engine light/quickly look under the hood after I described my issues. They diagnosed my problem, did all they could to help, even topped me off with oil free of charge after noticing my levels were low. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service, really appreciated how they handled it all. Many shops would've sent me on my way or said they couldn't see me due to holiday/schedule/etc. These guys always have good attitudes and it makes a true difference!

I had a great experience. I first took my Carvana car for a pre-purchase inspection. They identified some maintenance issues and then worked with the warranty provider to get new tires, an oil change, and new windshield wipers for the car. They were very accommodating of my questions and working with the warranty provider.

This is our second time using O'Reilly for maintance with our Mercedes. We are very pleased with O'Reilly in regards to their customer service, professionalism and the quality of work we received. We also bought new tires this time and again, pleased with the work and outcome. We have referred O'Reilly to others because of their awesome service. i would like to thank Anthony & the volvo tech here for taking there time to diagnose & repair the correct parts that needed to be done and taking on the job at hand i have a 2008 volvo XC90 and was told the R.E.A.D one way clutch or assembly needed to be repaired or replaced i had called multiple shops and almost every single one of them told me no or wanted to charge me 10k+ for a new motor long story short they are extremely thorough and detailed with there inspection and extremely accurate on prices and repairs i wont take anything anywhere else truthly my one stop shop from now on thank you guys truly saved me thousands of dollars

O'Reilly Motor Cars have an excellent team and they take pride in their work. During a recent oil change, their detailed inspection made me aware of several items that were in need of "near term" resolution. Everything was clearly explained and the solutions were broken down with costs. Nice!!! The customer focus they have is superior to anything I've experienced from metro-Milwaukee's MB dealerships. They are definitely 5-STARs in my book. I encourage you to give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I've been going to O'Reilly for about 3 years to have my Benz S550 service. Although it can be expensive (it's a benz after all) the quality of service is extremely good. Everyone I've work with have be very professional at all times. They have always kept me updated as my service progress. This is truly a place to have your import vehicle service with care.

I love how in addition to performing the prescribed routine maintenance, they give my car a thorough “once over” and recommend current and/or upcoming maintenance. I really feel like I have my own personal mechanic helping me keep my car in good condition. And their communication is really good - text messages, e-mails, and phone calls all keep me informed about my appointment and the progress of the work on my car. I have felt lucky for years now that I found out about O’Reilly’s. Having a mechanic/garage that you trust fully and can always count on is like one of those modern miracles, like the babysitter who is dependable and who your kids love or the boss/manager who “gets” you and makes your job so much more satisfying.
