Isidro is a great guy with some excellent customer service. In and out quick, even helped me with applying my windshield wipers. Definitely recommend.

I always feel welcome at O’Reilly. I’m greeted when I walked in the door and asked how they could help me. I didn’t lift a finger to find or retrieve the part, it was all done by the customer associate. He double-checked that he retrieved the correct part and even asked if I needed his assistance to install the wiper blades! It’s excellent customer service like this that I seek out O’Reilly for my auto part needs. They always exceed my expectations.

They always have what I need in stock and never have to wait. Prices are fair. Today I just needed bearing grease for the old mower spindles. I'll be back.

We had to deal with Sven. By far Sven issued us the worst retail customer service I have had. We were absolutely an inconvenience to him in his store. Any question we had he did not know the answer to and proceed to tell us he did not know and that he was not a mechanic. All of this with the most poor attitude. Someone should think twice about a store clerk who wears sunglasses at night in the store and tears customers this way. I for one will not be back since auto zone is right across the street and has amazing customer service. I would not look for this parts store to be around in future years to come.
