Service EXCELLENCE! Ladies (& Gents) when you want top-notch service, and a better understanding of what’s needed for your vehicle, check out TRACI. She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!

12-29-22 I came in to buy a item which was locked in a case they couldn't get it because the manager with the key down the strip mall at Family dollar. SMH so I walk down looking for him. I'm at advance auto parts now. I got what I needed there. Time 2:50 pm

The two guys working today 10/18/2022 first shift at O'Reillys Bellfontaine store are Awesome fellas especially the older one of the three *KENNY,Always Helpful *James store Manager too Now tomorrow is another day,HAS everything to do with who's working that day,People are ALL different,Good business these days totally depend on what types of people are working etc...revisited store many times and them same 3 guys/kenny and james the manager are STILL the Best of that O'REILLYSđź‘Ť*restroom need to be available for the restricted health (*me) repeat customers (regulars)đź‘Ť
