Sergio the manager at the store it's just awesome and exceeds my expectations on great customer service, going above and beyond when helping me find parts, buy/rent tools, and inevitably make returns when my 1968 Dodge A108 Sportsman Custom Van needs some TLC or is broken. Sergio and his day crew definitely deserves a raise because they are definitely assets to O'Reileys Autoparts and it's customers. I'll only go to the store because of the great customer service that I receive even if that means I have to take 3 buses or drive further because it's definitely worth it. Thanks guys I really mean it, two 👍 👍 all the way up! P.S. I can only recommend going in the morning or day when Sergio is there (Tuesday-Saturday from open until about 4p) because the second shift has an employee that stereo types anyone he thinks is homeless, makes unprofessional comments and is very rude to me for whatever his reasons i don't know and don't care and at night they can't or won't help you out with anything but taking your money and hopefully they get you the right parts. Be careful if you have to order something (they ordered the wrong part on more than a few occasions when I was crystal clear about which part needed and I was left stranded for days at a time because of carelessness. Also if you need a manager override on a return because say you need the money back quicker than the 3-5 business days it takes to issues the refund then you're shit out of luck.

Looking for a comedy of errors? This place is your stage! Our car battery was dying, and after confirming they'd help install it (as advertised), we arrived to hear they were "too busy"—with just three customers and two staff members. Busy doing what, you ask? Excellent question! They don't deserve your hard-earned money. We got stranded because of them. Seriously, save yourself the drama and order online or go to AutoZone. If enough of us avoid this place, maybe they'll get the hint and improve—or become a great spot for ghost stories. Plus, the location isn’t the safest, and their prices are steep. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this circus! Oh, and check out the other negative reviews—they're spot on!

Hoy estuve en esta tienda en 16 y potrero normalmente buen servicio pero hoy no necesitaba información de algunas partes que había comprado y comprar otras para mi carro pero nick la persona que me atendió literal me corrió de la tienda y que llamara a servicio al cliente si no me parecía la información que me estaba dando y simplemente me dijo que me fuera al parecer estaba molesto o así esta siempre

Very convenient very conveniently placed almost always parking in and out kind of deal it does get busy once in awhile but not as bad as some so after all I would say O'Reilly's Auto parts over on Potrero is a quick easy fast spot to grab what you need for your vehicle or off-road vehicle or motorcycle or whatever you might have

The O'Reilly's at 16th Street and portrero with the staff of Thomas Roberto Amy Rooney Henry and other members have known over the years I've always been concise honest and helpful to a fault. They've been there through the worst times the most aggravating times and the most horrendous times of my life and I have to be honest I have not stopped working on one vehicle or another for the past four or five years now and they have always been steady Johnny on the spot so to say. Bravo to the crew at 16th Street for the dedication to their customers. Thank you very much for the priceless help that you've given me over the years and your dogged determination to stay professional
